Bacon Processing/Hanging Meat
Responsibilities
Bacon processing:
Your role involves various aspects of bacon production including cleaning, adding spices, smoking, packaging, weighing, labeling, and preparing the finished product for shipment.
Hanging meat:
A physically demanding task that requires hanging approximately 3kg of meat on the hooks for the smoking process.
And of course, we provide all the necessary papers to obtain the TRC process.
