FAM: first single and front cover of upcoming album revealed

Polish brutal death/grind outfit FAM have unveiled the cover art and first single, Agony Becomes Divine, taken from their forthcoming full-length album Pleasure Of Torture. The band's fourth studio album is scheduled for release this summer via Selfmadegod Records.

Darek Młody comments on the track: Agony Becomes Divine is about complete moral collapse, ritual violence and a macabre purification.

Recorded at PanzerStudio in Myszków, Pleasure Of Torture captures FAM in a new lineup and delivers ten tracks of uncompromising grind-infused brutal death metal, alongside a cover of Necrophil. The album will be released through Selfmadegod Records later this year.

Throughout their career, FAM has performed extensively across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany, while also appearing at renowned extreme metal festivals such as Obscene Extreme Festival and Nice To Eat You Deathfest and have shared the stage with some of the most respected names in extreme metal, including Na**lm Death, Suffocation, Anaal Nathrakh, Sinister, Incantation, Defeated Sanity, Benighted, Fleshcrawl, and Rotten Sound.

Drummer Darek Młody and guitarist Nelek are also known for their involvement in Squash Bowels.

Music for Agony Becomes Divine was written by Darek Młody and Nelek, lyrics were penned by Darek Młody and Jacob. Album's front cover was created by T-SIX ART, with layout and graphic design handled by Darek Młody.

PATCH OF THE WEEK

GOREMENT were a Swedish death metal band from Nyköping, formed under that name in 1991 after earlier incarnations as Testicle Perspirant, Executioner and Sanguinary. Their themes centered on solitude, darkness and despair, and their only full-length album, the cult classic "The Ending" Quest, was released in 1994.

Today we are presenting GOREMENT embroidered logo patches as part of our PATCH OF THE WEEK series.
