Our's is a family owned Studio Apartment heritage for rent in Warsaw, Poland.
2. The apartment is located near Zlote 63a in Warsaw, Poland (landmark; Ukraine Restaurant) and has a relatively quiet neighbourhood (with some occasional noise 1-2 times during the day when the pickup trucks come to pick up thrash).
3. with a living room around 14 sq.m. and has some antique style furniture thus giving
it a vintage look. The master bedroom is around 10 sq.m. with a modern styled double box-bed, wardrobe for 2 and single person study desk/chair, a smaller single person bedroom is around 7 sq.m. with one modern style single boxbed, wardrobe for 1 and single person study desk/chair. And has a kitchen with modern amenities (gas stove, refrigerator, grill, microwave and some utensils etc.) and a bathroom with shower & wc around 3 sq.m. and lobby around 7 sq.m. And a small balcony around 1 sq.m. in the living room, giving a partial view of the Cultural Centrum tower. The apartment is furnished with high speed internet. The view(s) from the balcony / windows overlook at the Zlote street and the Varso tower.
4. Our goal is primary to offer our studio to rent for indie filmmakers and or photographers, provided no activity is conducted against the law of land, while respecting the privacy and lifestyle of our neighbours in and around the building(s) and block.
5. We may also offer to rent for travellers on holidays, and once again, while respecting the privacy and lifestyle of our neighbours in and around the building(s) and block.
6. We may also offer to rent to small group of people to hangout and party together, and once again, while respecting the privacy and lifestyle of our neighbours in and around the building(s) and block.
7. The apartment may be rented for a day / week or even for longer time(s). The prices are negotiable and inclusive of taxes we pay to the government and cleaning. Please make a note: this is not a luxury apartment / hotel, therefore there aren’t any housekeeping services.
8. We may also have some filmmaking / photography gear such as; Canon 4K UHD camcorders, Black magic 4K pocket cinema camera, Canon 50mm f1.2 USM lens, Canon 5D mark ii, Leica, Sennheiser MKH 416 and 600 mic, Arri lights, Manfrotto stand & tripod. And if needed, we can also provide an experienced cameraman and assistant to filmmakers / photographers for additional costs.
9. Our studio apartment to rent, is as per the rules and laws, and regulations by the Government of Poland and if needed by law, we have the rights to cancel or refuse to rent. We pay taxes to all the transactions on the rent(s) we receive.
