Hi everyone.
Today I'm uploading the final episode of The Loneliness Industry podcast—an interview with Dr. Lucy Johnstone discussing the Power Threat Meaning Framework.
It's incredibly difficult to write those words. This podcast has been fifteen months of my life and, as many of you know, a real labour of love. I'm enormously proud of what we managed to create together, even if it wasn't ultimately possible for me to continue.
To everyone who listened, shared an episode, became a supporter, joined the Discord, or simply spent time thinking alongside me: thank you. Your support meant far more than you probably realise.
Although this is the end of the podcast, I still hope it isn't the end of The Loneliness Industry. If I can find a way to build a bridge back, everyone on the mailing list will be the first to know. You can sign up at thelonelinessindustry.net.
The Discord community will continue, as will the meet-and-greets, so I hope to see many of you there.

Hi everyone,

Finally, the episode that will actually help you map your loneliness (and many other responses) is here.

Apologies that this one took so long. I ended up recording it three separate times. Each recording session takes around 4–6 hours, and after every attempt I discovered a technical failure that only became apparent afterwards. In all the years I've been making videos, that's never happened before.

The audio is a little shaky in places because every attempt to overdub it also failed, so this has genuinely been the hardest episode I've ever made.

But it's also the one I think has the potential to help people the most. The framework we work through is incredibly powerful, and I believe it offers something many of us have been missing: a way of understanding ourselves that doesn't begin by assuming we're broken.

It comes from my heart to yours. ❤️ I hope it reintroduces you to the sense you actually make, and to the story that got you there.
