100_% RETURN POLICY
Sprzedaż biletów odbywa się poprzez platformę Eventim, która gwarantuje 100% zwrot biletów w przypadku ewentualnego odwołania wydarzenia. Podkreślamy, że wydarzenie odbędzie się zgodnie z planem, a gwarancja Eventimu jest dodatkowym zabezpieczeniem dla osób, które nie są przekonane do kupowania biletów w przedsprzedaży.
TICKETS_
W tym roku przygotowaliśmy dla Was dwie p**e biletowe: pierwsza w cenie 200 zł i druga - w cenie 250 zł. Miejcie na uwadze, że ilość biletów w każdej puli jest ograniczona. W tym roku ograniczyliśmy maksymalną liczbę biletów na wydarzenie do 4000 osób.
PROMOTOR_SMOLNA
W tym roku promotorem wydarzenia jest klub Smolna, który przejął event od spółki Follow The Step sp. z o.o. Cały dochód z wydarzenia zostanie przekazany na poczet uregulowania zobowiązań wierzycieli w ramach procesu restrukturyzacji.
LIGHT_SOUND
Undercity co roku zaskakuje skalą produkcji technicznej oraz poziomem technologii oświetleniowej, i w tym roku to się nie zmieni. Za przygotowanie części oświetleniowej odpowiadają firmy z lat ubiegłych, na frontowym nagłośnieniu przygotowaliśmy setup pod banderą firmy L’Acoustic. Za projekt scen i realizację oświetleniową odpowiedzialni są artyści z kolektywów .berlin .are.luce.studio, którzy współpracują z nami przy undercity od pierwszej edycji wydarzenia.
LINE_UP
W tym roku zmieniamy formułę i koncentrujemy się na dwóch najbardziej widowiskowych scenach - Metropolis oraz District (Legia Fight Club). Nie zabraknie aranżacji pozostałej części Torwaru pod strefy chilloutowe. Zdajemy sobie sprawę, że wielu z Was nie widzi w line-upie wielkich “headlinerów”. W tym roku stawiamy na jakościowych i wyszukanych artystów o równie wysokim, wyselekcjonowanym poziomie artystycznym, skupionych dookoła mocniejszych odmian muzyki elektronicznej. Z miłym polskim akcentem.

Tak jak wielu z Was wskazywało w komentarzach, możliwe, że jest to ostania edycja Undercity. Wszystko zależy od procesu restrukturyzacji spółki Follow The Step, która jest bezpośrednim właścicielem projektu. Możliwe więc, że spotykamy się jeszcze tylko ten jeden raz. Zapraszamy na ostatni taniec.

TICKETS_
This year we have prepared two ticket pools for you: the first one priced at 200 PLN and the second one - at 250 PLN. Please note that the number of tickets in each pool is limited. This year we have limited the maximum number of tickets for the event to 4000 people.
100_% RETURN POLICY
Ticket sales are carried out through the Eventim platform, which guarantees a 100% ticket refund in case the event is eventually canceled. We emphasize that the event will take place as planned, and Eventim's guarantee is an additional security for those who are hesitant to buy tickets in advance.
PROMOTOR_SMOLNA
This year, the promoter of the event is the Smolna club, which took over the event from the Follow The Step sp. z o.o. company. All the profit from the event will be transferred to settle the obligations of creditors as part of the restructuring process.
LIGHT_SOUND
Every year, Undercity surprises with the scale of its technical production and the level of lighting technology, and this year is no exception. The stage design and lighting implementation are handled by artists from .berlin .are.luce.studio collectives, who have been collaborating with us at Undercity since the first edition of the event.
LINE_UP
This year we're changing the formula - Undercity will consist of two of the most spectacular stages - Metropolis and District (Legia Fight Club). However, this doesn't mean that the entire Torwar won't be at your disposal. We realize that many of you don't see big "headliners" in the line-up, but this year we focus on more underground artists of an equally high and carefully selected artistic level, centered around stronger varieties of electronic music.

As many of you pointed out in the comments, it's possible that this is the last edition of Undercity. Everything depends on the restructuring process of the Follow The Step company, which is the direct owner of the project. So, it might be that we are meeting for the last time, we invite you to the last dance.
