Southwestern Advantage (est. 1855) is the world leader in educational and personal development. The mission of our program, and our products, is simple: We build people. Each summer, the educational goals of over 200,000 families are positively impacted by our collegiate representatives providing them products tailored specifically to them. ies one-on-one at their homes to discuss one of the highest priorities a parent has: their children's education. Roughly 2,800 college students grow each year through participating in the Southwestern Advantage Sales & Leadership Program. We work with the highest caliber of college students in the world by offering the most challenging and most rewarding summer program available. Under the leadership of personal sales mentors, students operate their own independent business selling the Southwestern Advantage Learning System directly to families face-to-face. Our integrated suite of print, software, and online resources develops both academic skills and success principles in students from pre-K through high school. Each sale of the Southwestern Advantage Learning System generates a 1 to 1 matched product donation to a non-profit organization that helps children via our 'Share The Advantage' program. Student reps are thoroughly trained in how to generate prospects, leads, and referrals over the course of their summer break; a system proven to work effectively for over 155 years. The Southwestern Advantage Sales & Leadership Program is designed to be the best opportunity for personal and professional growth for college students. Southwestern student reps are able to learn and practice the principles of professional salesmanship, business management, team building, and organizational leadership as they operate their own independent businesses.

Good morning champions, I just wanted to share a few good news from the group. It seems everyone is working very hard to build their teams and organisations all around the globe.

Well done to Bulgaria for collecting 15 DAs on Monday with a special recognition to Stella Vulcheva who collected 7 DAs for her personal team…Well done also to the Czech Republic for collecting 9 DAs with a special mention to Dominika Stefanikova for collecting 5 DAs in Brno. The UK are following with 6 DAs, including 5 DAs from Charlie Parking working with Mr Elliot Steakfield Wakefield…way to go. Finally, we would like to congratulate Mr Phi Do for collecting 5 DAs from UCLA. We will update you throughout the week with more good news.

Dear Highlanders,

I am sure you are working very hard for your exams and recruiting! Just a quick reminder about your GEC Visa Applications, we have just 2 more weeks in order to get EARLY APPLICATION DISCOUNT.

In order to apply you need to:
- submit your application
-make a full payment of 720 dolars (or send Stephanie and I Advance form Request for charging your account)
-Upload the following documents: University Letter, University Transcripts, Photocopy of your Passport bio page, Copy of previous DS form and J1 Visas, Insurance Beneficiary, Medical Release & Social Security Release Forms and Terms and Conditions.

First Year at University have obtained an extension of the deadline to obtain their transcript (February 28th)

Student Managers, just a reminder to mark in your diaries the Leadership Weekend from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th April in Vrchlabi, Czech Republic.

We've got some great accommodation, food, team building activities and seminars planned over the weekend and Andrea is working on the transport plan this week.
