While Suzanne and Carina are dancing her way through Las Vegas at IMEX America 2025, we can’t help but remember when IMEX Digital Team brought its energy to Warsaw earlier this year!

Back in January 2025, Suzanne and Sophie joined us for our educational program Laboratorium Twórców (Eventprofs Creators Lab) series — sharing inspiring insights on digital marketing and connecting with our amazing Polish event community.

And yes… they danced with us too!

After sessions, we explored Warsaw’s top venues, hotels, restaurants, and attractions, showing off the city’s creative event spirit.

It was a fantastic exchange of ideas, inspiration, and fun — and we’re so happy to see our IMEX friends shining on the global stage again in Las Vegas!

The HQ Association Meetpoint – Poland provided an excellent platform to present Poland’s growing potential as a meetings and congress destination — combining modern infrastructure, diverse venues, and authentic hospitality.

Representing the Poland Convention Bureau Jaroslaw Marciuk together with Dominika Szulc from the Polska Organizacja Turystyczna Brussels office delivered a presentation showcasing Poland’s strengths as a host destination for association events.
