At Techland, every Valentine’s Day is about more than just a date on the calendar, it’s a tradition of celebrating the friendship and appreciation we share as a team. ❤️
We just wrapped up our annual Techland’s Biggest Heart initiative! This year, 98 team members shared their gratitude, nominating 61 colleagues for their kindness and support. It’s a powerful reminder that while we build epic games, it’s our people who provide the real heart of the studio.

This week, our Wrocław office hosted another Manager Academy meeting – "The Art of Engagement and Optimal Motivation." ☺️

This time, training participants had the opportunity to acquire additional skills in employee engagement and motivation within their teams.

We are delighted that our Managers and Leaders are eager to acquire new knowledge and participate in the training we offer 💪

Dying Light: The Beast has been winning the hearts of our players for over two weeks now 🥰

To celebrate its release, we decided to gather the entire company and spend time together, chatting and having fun in a forest-camping atmosphere 🏕️

There was plenty of good food, a bonfire, games and of course lots of smiles and good fun 😊

Thank you to all for attending, and we'll see you at the next event! 💚

Yesterday was an important day for our company! We released Dying Light: The Beast! 👏

Today it's time to celebrate together – a few words from our CEO, a delicious cake, and a refreshing prossecco 🙂

Thank you to all the employees without whom this project wouldn't have been possible. Your hard work, talent, and incredible creativity have made this game so impressive! 💪

An incredible event is behind us! 💪

Last Thursday and Friday, our Wrocław office was visited by dozens of people from all over the world for the HR Connect Summit 2025 conference. This initiative, co-organized together with Tencent Games, brings together HR teams from studios Tencent partners with ☺️

The conference devoted to AI issues was not only an amazing opportunity to gain new knowledge but also an opportunity to share experiences and observations on the topic.

We would like to thank all participants for their commitment and willingness to participate in the event, which we were honored to partner with 😊

This weekend, our Techland team took part in the Nocny Bieg Firmowy (Night Company Run) in Warsaw - and what a night it was! 5 kilometres of pure energy, music, lights, and an unforgettable atmosphere - we couldn’t have asked for more!

✨ But this wasn’t just about the thrill - it was all for a good cause. We ran to support the Everest Foundation, helping to provide treatment and rehabilitation for their incredible beneficiaries 💙

Our Summer Party is behind us - and this year, we traveled back to the iconic '90s and 00s! 🎶🕺

From legendary throwback hits and retro outfits to classic school snacks straight from an old-school shop - we fully embraced the nostalgia! We learned yo-yo tricks, made our own DIY magnets, and even created a collaborative graffiti mural together.

We're already counting down the days to the next one! 💃✨
