Si te identificaste con más de una… quizás no eres tú. Quizás es el trabajo. 😅

Todos hemos normalizado cosas como:
📱 Contestar mensajes fuera de horario
😬 Sentir ansiedad cuando te escribe tu jefe
📅 Revisar el horario antes de hacer planes
🥲 Sentirte culpable por usar PTO o pedir tiempo libre

Y aunque algunas cosas pasan de vez en cuando, cuando se vuelven parte de tu rutina diaria… vale la pena cuestionarlas.

servers forgetting they were once the overwhelmed busser getting buried alive in plates too. 👀

One anonymous worker shared that during a packed restaurant shift, they were left ALONE while servers kept stacking plates into their cart all night like they were some kind of emotional support dishwasher.

And when they finally spoke up?

Suddenly they were the problem. 😭
