Ashley Torres is a dedicated Father Involvement Specialist with eight years of experience in maternal child health, including three years focused on supporting fathers. Passionate about advocating for and engaging with fathers, Ashley has consistently exceeded goals for father participation. Certified in the Nurturing Father's Curriculum and Nurturing Parenting Curriculum, Ashley effectively educates and supports dads in Camden City. She is dedicated to creating and implementing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and involvement among new and existing fathers, expanding their understanding of the critical role fathers play in their children's lives.

Angela is an author, writer, educator, and activist. She is on the path to completing her doctorate in educational leadership. Her dissertation topic is African-American Parental Involvement, focusing on the role of Christian education. She is a former VP and active member of the UCLA Black Alumni Association. Her passion for youth and parents drives her to empower parents and youth to demand the public school system properly educate students of all colors, starting with capable African-American students who, as a whole, underperform their peers at every level of education.

Ambrial Ugoji is a licensed social worker and certified labor doula. She is experienced in working with at-risk populations and has had the privilege of working in Camden City for the past 7 years. Recently, Ambrial transitioned from being a school social worker working with high school students and pregnant and parenting teens to the Project Director of Camden Healthy Start where she has combined her passion for service and birth work to lead a program that serves pregnant people and families in Camden City to reduce the infant and maternal mortality and morbidity rates for people of color.

Dr. Alicia Jackson is a native of Quincy, FL. Dr. Jackson graduated from James A. Shanks High School in 1997. Dr. Jackson has been an adjunct professor for FAMU in 2019 and Tallahassee Community College for the past 2 years. Dr. Jackson enjoys working in the community. She serves as a current board member on the Community Economic Development Organization (CEDO) board of directors for Crossroad Academy a charter school in Quincy, FL and serves on the School Advisory Board. She is a newly appointed board member of Day of Dialogue on Minority Health, Inc. She is also a former guest speaker in a segment of the Journey Chronicles podcast entitled Moments by AJ which discusses the Christian faith and mental health topics. Dr. Jackson leads the radio ministry at Midway Unity Fellowship Church and is awaiting her new role as Associate Pastor. She loves her church, teaching others about mental health and the Christian faith, and she is a muscle car enthusiast.

He is a single father to two amazing children, one 3 and the other 11. Over the years, he’s navigated through the various challenges of fatherhood and found connection through community is the link to a more improved relationship. He has created an organization called Fathers Alliance to build and improve our fatherhood communities. Fathers Alliance is a pioneering organization dedicated to empowering fathers in fostering enduring and fulfilling relationships with their children.

Alana G. White is a program officer for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation in Battle Creek, Michigan. In this role, she works in the foundation’s priority place of Michigan to support thriving children, working families and equitable communities. White is responsible for identifying and nurturing opportunities for affecting positive systemic change within communities across the state.

She is also responsible for executing programming efforts to further the foundation’s mission, as well as working closely with staff to ensure integration and coordination of efforts. White works alongside grantees and employers to widen pathways to stable, high-quality jobs and to create more equitable employment opportunities.

Mr. Attridge has enjoyed careers as an entrepreneur, executive, research scientist, professor, lecturer, author, and analyst. He has had the opportunity to see famine and disease internationally and is committed to bringing new discoveries forward to save lives. He has provided business advisory services independently and as a consultant employed by the US department of Commerce. Was a full-time professor at Johnson and Wales University and is a graduate of the University of New Haven. Mr. Attridge worked in leadership roles leading projects for Perrier, Nestle, Campbell Soup, and Schottenstein Stores Corporation. He has lived and worked in Europe, Central, South and North America and has completed multiple international business transactions.
