FIRST WARNING WEATHER: Developing wave in the Gulf seems to be getting better organized. National Hurricane Center has raised the potential of it developing into a tropical cyclone to 40% (Remember, the percentage does NOT mean it will develop into a tropical storm, though that is certainly possible). We will continue to monitor the situation
