Ahmed’s Story ❤️‍🩹
Ahmed is a little boy, but his life has been far from an ordinary childhood. Between illness, ongoing treatment, and living in a tent without basic comfort, he is facing a battle no child should have to endure.

Every day, we do everything we can to provide him with the treatment and care he needs. We hold on to one simple hope: to see Ahmed healthy again, playing, smiling, and enjoying his childhood away from pain and hospitals.

A full year has passed since the longest, worst, and most difficult displacement...
We haven't seen the Eastern Province, nor breathed its air...

We have endured famine, exploitation, extortion, usury, the plundering of rights, and the injustice of exploiters and monopolists. The Eastern Province has been erased and continues to be erased to this day... A complete and rich history and a great cultural heritage have been wiped out.
For what purpose? In exchange for what? I don't know!!!

We live in exile in Gaza... displaced and homeless, living in tattered tents. Diseases, rodents, and fleas are rampant. Exploitation persists, and people's rights are violated. Prices remain exorbitantly high, showing no mercy for the suffering of those afflicted.

Imagine being away from your village and town for a whole year, and that year could stretch into years, God forbid.

There are no solutions in sight, and the people's plight seems to mean little to many, even if it continues for years. How could it, when there are merchants, profiteers, thieves, and exploiters who don't want the war to end, but rather yearn for its return with full force? For them, wars are a lucrative source of wealth.

We complain to God of our situation... and we pray to God, the Just Judge, to exact retribution from every oppressor who has caused our suffering.

God is sufficient for us, and He is the best of guardians.

Ahmed's cerebral palsy has severely affected the nerves in his legs, making movement painful and difficult. To cope with this, I must take him to the hospital at least once a week for specialized treatment using medical devices. In addition, he needs to see a doctor at our tent twice a week for extra physiotherapy sessions. Without your support and donations, I simply cannot afford to bring the doctor to the tent. Without this ongoing care, Ahmed's nerve and muscle condition will deteriorate, and he will lose all mobility.
