These old 1800s photos can sell for $1,000+ on eBay and most people skip them!😳

Antique photos can hide some serious money… especially stereoview photographs.

Most people see them and think they’re just old cardboard photos from the 1800s.

But some of these old cards sell for over $500 on eBay when the subject is rare enough.

A stereoview is basically a double photo made to be viewed through a stereoscope so the image appears in 3D. They were hugely popular in the late 1800s.

The most important part is that the value is almost always about the subject, not the photo itself.

Some of the US-related topics that bring the most money:

• Wild West / Cowboys / Native American tribes
• Civil War related scenes or soldiers
• Early railroads and trains
• Gold Rush / mining towns
• Outlaws, lawmen, or frontier life
• Early San Francisco or other frontier cities
• Rare disasters or historical events
• Rare views of China
• Circus related
• Ghost Towns
• Early Transportation (Ships,Bycicles, Penny Farthing)
• Early world fairs and international exhibitions

A lot of people skip right past these in estate boxes or old postcard/photo lots because they don't recognize them.

So, next time you're out treasure hunting, be on the lookout for these!

What is your experience with monetization since last month?

It seems so much has changed and not in a good way.
