Evidence that I am, in fact, only attending the festival for the food, drinks and friends.

The fact that I also have a stand there is apparently just a coincidence 😅

But really, weekends like this always fill my cup.

Good food.
Good people.
Good conversations.

Getting to see familiar faces, hearing what products you’re loving, meeting new people, and being part of a festival that I genuinely love every single year.

My social battery is dead.
My body is tired.
My heart is very full.

And I’m already excited for next year 🤍

Everything is better with your bestie

A few months ago I started running workshops teaching people how to make simple, natural products for their homes.

That’s what I’m most passionate about.

Not because I think everyone needs to throw everything out overnight and start again.

For me, this is about using what you already have, making cleaner choices when things run out, and learning simple skills that become part of everyday life.

Using the lemon peels after you’ve made your tea instead of throwing them away.

Refilling an old spray bottle with a natural vinegar cleaner instead of buying another product.

Learning which herbs grow around us and how they can be used in our homes.

Small shifts.
Simple habits.
Less waste.
Less toxins.

That’s exactly what I’ve been building into my online program, which will be launching in July 🤍

But before then, I’d love to share one of my favourite recipes with you.

Comment VINEGAR below and I’ll send you:

✨ My natural vinegar cleaner recipe
✨ A guide to the benefits of different herbs
✨ How to infuse them
✨ Ways to use them throughout your home

Because living more naturally doesn’t have to feel complicated.

Sometimes I sit with this quiet knowing that everything is going to work out.
Not because life is easy. Not because I have it all figured out.
But because I’ve already torn my life apart and rebuilt it more than once. I’ve left. I’ve started over. I’ve chosen myself when it was terrifying. I know I can survive. I know I can create again.

That part of me is solid.
Unshakeable.
Like a bone-deep belief that no matter what happens, I’ll find my way.

But there’s another part of me too.
The part that feels overwhelmed.
The part that’s holding a lot.
The part that loves her life and still feels like she’s barely catching her breath some days.

I don’t move through this confident and calm all the time.
Sometimes my nervous system is loud.
Sometimes my worthiness wound shows up.
Sometimes I question if I’m behind, if I should be further, if I’m doing enough.

I can trust myself deeply and still struggle.
Those things don’t cancel each other out. They exist together.

Some days I feel like a force of nature.
Other days I feel like a little girl who just wants to be held and reminded she’s doing okay.

And that, to me, is real power.
Not pretending you’re fearless.
Not pretending you’re healed.
But letting both exist without making either wrong.

I trust myself.
I trust my ability to choose again.
To pivot.
To rebuild.
To soften when I need to.

So no, I’m not afraid of things falling apart.
I’m just honest about how intense it is to become the woman who can hold the life she’s asking for.

It’s not pretty.
It’s not linear.
It’s not calm all the time.

It’s powerful because it’s real.

Everyone’s a little suspicious of “the internet opportunity.”

Because it sounds too good to be true.
Work from anywhere.
Work from the beach.
Make your own money.
Cool, sure.

But that was literally the exact thing I wanted in 2023.

I had just moved to Portugal and I was craving two things at the same time,
more space in my life, and more income in my bank account.
I wanted to buy a house, build my own businesses, travel when I felt like it, and stop living like my life was controlled by a schedule I didn’t choose.

And yeah, it started the most ridiculous way.
I clicked on an ad.

It didn’t magically work overnight.
It took consistency, messy learning, inner work, and showing up when I didn’t feel like it.
Not perfectly.
Not every day.
But I kept coming back to the vision.

And now I’ve built something that gives me options.
I drink the best water I’ve ever had.
My health changed.
My confidence changed.
And I get to help other women build their own income, their own routine, their own life, without begging for time off or waiting for someone to notice their potential.

So if 2026 is the year you stop romanticizing “someday,” and you actually want a business that lets you work from anywhere, build income online, and take your life back into your own hands, this is your sign to at least look.

You don’t have to believe me.
Just be curious enough to take one step.

Send me “2026” and I’ll send you the starting point.

We call it alternative medicine now…
but it was the original medicine.

Plants. Water. Minerals. Sun. Breath. Rest.
That’s what humans healed with long before pills, powders, injections, and “quick fixes” existed.

Somewhere along the way, we forgot.
And then we were taught that healing had to be bought, prescribed, or outsourced.

That’s why the water matters so much to me.
Not just “drink more water,” but what kind of water.

Mineralized. Ionized. Alive.
Water that actually supports your body instead of just filling it.
You feel the difference. Your cells feel the difference.
Once you experience it, you can’t un-know it.

And honestly… this didn’t start in adulthood for me.
I grew up with a mom who used natural products.
No heavy perfumes. No artificial fragrances.
Food that looked like food.
Cleaning products that didn’t burn your nose.

And I was made fun of for it.
So I tried to fit in.
I wore perfume.
Used fabric softener.
Ate what everyone else ate.
Did what everyone else did.

I wanted to be normal.

When I look back at photos, I can see it.
The bloating.
The skin.
The inflammation I accepted as “just my body now.”

I remember thinking:
“This is my body at 25.”
“This is my body at 30.”
Like decline was just part of getting older.

But it wasn’t age.
It was environment.
It was what I was putting in and on my body every day.

Healing didn’t come from a cleanse.
It came from removing what didn’t belong.

Changing my water.
Changing my skincare.
Changing my food.
Changing my nervous system.
Changing my mindset.

Slowly. Gently. Honestly.

Now everything I build is rooted in that:
• skincare that feeds the skin
• water that supports the body
• movement that connects you inward
• mindset that brings you back into power
• nervous system work that helps you feel safe in yourself again

And yes… I’m building a course around this.
A full reset of mind, body, and home.
Not extreme. Not trendy. Just real.

Because health was never meant to be complicated.
It was meant to be remembered.

I’m not perfect at this.
I don’t wake up every day and do all the things like some kind of wellness robot.
But I do choose, over and over, to be more conscious of how I live.

These habits didn’t come from discipline.
They came from being tired of feeling disconnected from myself.

Drinking water before anything else.
Getting sunlight before screens.
Moving my body.
Writing things out instead of letting them live in my head.
Slowing down enough to actually feel my own nervous system.

It sounds small, but it changes everything.

And honestly… sometimes the first shift is literally your water.
Better hydration. Clearer energy. Better skin. Better digestion.
A calmer body makes clearer decisions.
You don’t realize how much your system is running on empty until you finally support it.

So whether your next step is:
• upgrading your water
• starting an online business
• working with me on mindset
• or joining the course when it opens

it all begins the same way.
With one grounded decision that says:
“I’m done surviving. I’m ready to build something better.”

Not dramatic.
Not forced.
Just real.
