Anger is energy. And energy is not easy to come by. Therefore, when you feel angry, do not waste that energy on people. Quickly pivot from what made you angry so you can focus the energy on something that drives your life forward. If someone insults you, for example, don't allow the anger you feel to make you trade insults with them. Instead, shut them off and redirect your thoughts to how you can make money. I'm assuring you that the increased state of arousal from that anger will help you see money making opportunities that you could not see when you were in a less aroused state.

Sometimes the weight you need to shed is not on your body. It's the people you're carrying on your shoulders emotionally or financially.

It's people's unreasonable expectations of you.

It's the long overdue parental control on your life.

It's the expired friendships that have already started pulling you backwards.

As a result, the gym you need is not the one where you're running on a treadmill but rather a mental one where you're learning to stand by yourself and say no to people.
The exercise you need to do daily is that of disappointing people without feeling guilty. The aerobics you need are those of putting yourself first and letting people carry their own weights.

The training you need is that of self-love.

You're God's handwork, love yourself!

“Many of you are carrying burdens that are not your own , no matter how much you hustle, money no dey stand for your hand. This person is calling and that person is calling, if you answer to all financial demands you’ll never make it. You can not be drowning and trying to safe others. Stand first before anything. Some first born can’t even breathe again. If you give out all you have and tomorrow you have nothing they’ll say you wasted money. I know you love your family and girlfriend but it’s not every bill you pay. Some of us have become the wicked and bad brothers and uncles because we denied to give.
