Empathy Here and Now
I’m trainer of empathic communication based on NVC (Nonviolent Communication). I discovered NVC in 2014 and since that moment I have been learning, sharing and living NVC.
In 2019 I finished Intensive Basic Course of NVC, organised by Akademia NVC. I was also participating in few workshops and projects, and I’m still learning:) What fascinates me is the trasformational power of Nonviolent Communication. Change is possible when we are opening our hearts, when we are ready to truly see and hear other human beings, when we are ready to give our empathic presence - both for other people and for ourselves.
I support people, through individual trainings and group workshops, in the process of creating authentic relationships . The fields I mostly work in are parenting, family matters and relationship with self.
I work in polish and english language, mainly in Portugal and Poland.
