The We-Bike! project is now in motion exploring how electric bikes can support healthier, more independent lifestyles for people aged 60+.
Supported by the Erasmus+ programme, this initiative promotes e-bikes as a safe, sustainable and age-inclusive mode of transport that can boost mobility, well-being and autonomy later in life.

Our contribution? Applying service design, product design and inclusive innovation to co-create tools, services and experiences that make e-bike adoption easier, safer and more meaningful for older users.

This week, our team came together for a hands-on session on Prompt Engineering, led by Sara Correia and Emanuel Dias.
The goal? To explore how to get the most out of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot and ensure everyone feels confident using them in their daily work.

During the session:
• We aligned on best practices for writing clear, creative and effective prompts;
• Tested different techniques using real challenges;
• Shared tips, mistakes and insights because the best way to learn is by trying.

💬AI doesn’t replace critical thinking, it enhances it. And this session was one more step in putting technology to work for our creativity, strategy and collaboration.

We led a collaborative process involving over 300 participants members, employees, and partners to listen, research, and co-create a renewed vision for the club.
The result was a strategic repositioning centred around exclusivity, culture, innovation, and community supported by a 5-year roadmap aligned with Sogrape’s brand values and ready to scale.
From new services and digital channels to curated wine experiences, every detail was designed to strengthen belonging and elevate distinction.
Repositioning a club isn’t just about 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 - 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 for those who are already part of it, and for those who are yet to come.

After previous collaborations with teams from the University of Aveiro and Técnico Lisboa, we couldn’t miss the chance to support the Formula Student FEUP in developing the aerodynamic surfaces and bodywork for their second-ever prototype.

Beyond the technical contribution, this project reflects our ongoing partnership with
FEUP and our commitment to supporting young talent through hands-on, real-world collaboration.

We believe in bridging academia and industry and it’s an honour to be part of initiatives where students push boundaries and turn learning into performance.

Together with EDP Comercial and LeasePlan, we helped design eMotion, a service that makes switching to electric mobility easier for drivers and fleet managers alike.

Through co-creation and service design, we mapped the user journey and shaped three key platforms: Product, Fleet Management and Support — clear, sclable, and people-first.
