We are so happy to announce the Special Jury Award to DE IMPERIO, by Alessandro Novelli!
Thank you so much for the selection in this amazing festival and to the Jury for this award and thank you so much for this beautiful jury Statement:

This short film impressed us with its bold formalistic control of the medium. Through a poetic visual allegory, the jury was moved by its ability to encapsulate a pertinent geopolitical topic that has swept the globe today. From creative mis-en-scene to potent sound design, it has left the jury considering the cycles of tyranny that have beset humanity through the course of history. As such, the jury would like to recognise De Imperio with the Special Jury Award.

Thank you SO MUCH for the award and the recognition for Dog alone. It warm my heart thinking about ANIBAR. How well we were received as people and as filmmakers. What a wonderful surprise Kosovo was for me.

I and you guys were amazing and you do an incredible festival. I am so glad I hear the story of the beginins of it. You have so much love for what you do that I think it inspires so many people around !!

Also I want to thank the jury : Tal Kantor, Tomek Popakul, Helga Fodorean, Marko Tadić and Laura Almantaitè think your work is amazing and that makes me even happier that you chose Dog Alone.
The team is dancing with joy and beer, but ifyou look at us we will take bow!!
