Attending Web Summit 2025? Here’s How To Make It Worth Every Minute 🚀

If you’re heading to Web Summit this year, remember this: it’s not just about collecting badges or sitting through keynotes, it’s about how you show up.

Here are a few things I’ve learned (and seen others do brilliantly) that make the experience truly productive 👇

1️⃣ Plan your days: mark your must-see speakers, sessions, and startup booths before you even land in Lisbon. Random wandering sounds fun, but it’s easy to miss the best talks.

2️⃣ Talk to people, not just companies: real opportunities happen in conversations, not at the booths. Chat with founders, creators, and attendees in line for coffee. they might become collaborators later.

3️⃣ Share your experience online: posting insights, photos, or short reflections helps you connect with others attending (and even speakers notice).

4️⃣ Follow up fast: don’t let business cards collect dust. Message people within 24 hours, while the connection’s still warm.

5️⃣ Stay curious: go to a few talks outside your field. Innovation often happens where disciplines collide.

This year, Web Summit isn’t just another conference, it’s a chance to connect, learn, and grow globally.

If you’re attending, make it count. ✨

Are you going to Web Summit 2025? Let’s connect and make it productive together.
