Em 2017, a Casa da Horta emitiu um zine chamado “Envelope”, uma coleção de várias obras concentradas no tema Turismo no Porto.
Ainda temos alguns "Envelopes" restantes. Se quiseres levar uma pa casa, passe pela Casa da Horta. :)

SOBRE O ENVELOPE:
O foco do “envelope” é uma resposta crítica e social ao mundo e informação sobre atividades alternativas e de resistência; assim como as relações entre essas atividades. O objetivo desta zine é criar conexão com as vozes daqueles que estão interessados em divulgar ideias alternativas. Esta iniciativa de baixo custo, sem fins lucrativos, é aberta a todos aqueles que estão interessados em oferecer uma resposta textual/visual. Neste número o tema será o turismo. Nós (indivíduos e entidades formais e informais) queremos mostrar As Diferentes Maneiras de viver e visitar a cidade do Porto. Partilhar as nossas ofertas culturais e juntar os vários pontos de vista críticos sobre o que se passar na cidade do Porto, e também noutras cidades, que se estão a tornar ou são produtos de turismo.

Nós trabalhamos de forma não competitiva, criando em conjunto, colaborando, partilhando - estamos sempre guiados pelos princípios da autonomia.

In 2017, Casa da Horta issued “Envelope” a zine, being a collection of various works concentrating on the topic of Tourism in Porto.
We still have some “Envelopes” left. If you want to take one home, pass by Casa da Horta. :)

ABOUT ENVELOPE:
The focus of ‘envelope’ is on critical and social responses to mainstream tourism, alternative activities and resistance activities in the city of Porto; as well as the relationships between these activities. The aim of this self-published zine is to connect and share the voices of those who are involved and interested in spreading alternative ideas for the city. This low-budget, non-profit initiative is open for all those who are interested in offering a visual/textual response. We (formal and non-formal groups and individuals) want to show The Other Ways of living and visiting the city. Sharing our cultural offerings and bringing together critical points of view about what is happening around the city of Porto, as well as other cities that became, or are becoming, commercialized for the purpose of tourism.

We work in accordance with a non-competitive process - co-creation, collaboration, sharing - and are always guided by the principles of autonomy.
