OBD-007 welcomes R’s, a Palestinian-Canadian electronic music artist based in the United Arab Emirates.

Beginning his musical journey in Montreal in 2007, R’s has spent years crafting a distinctive sound rooted in deep, minimal, and technical grooves. With releases on respected underground labels including Whoyostro, Pulsar, and Conceptual Records, he has established a reputation for refined production and a unique artistic voice.

His debut album on OBD Records marks a significant moment for the label. More than a collection of tracks, this is a carefully crafted body of work that explores the deeper and more experimental side of minimal electronic music. Each composition unfolds with its own identity, breaking away from predictable structures and inviting the listener into an immersive world of evolving rhythms, subtle textures, and intricate sonic details.

Clock poets- Shinkai [live jamming]
Clock Poets is a document of a genuine live performance.

Both tracks were created and performed live at the legendary Club der Visionaere in Berlin. There were no traditional studio sessions, no multitrack recordings, and no post-production arrangements. The music was born entirely through live improvisation.

Recorded directly from the club’s live mixer, this release captures the performance exactly as it happened on the dancefloor—preserving the spontaneity, energy, and raw emotion of the moment.

No studio reconstruction. No overdubs. No recreated takes.

Completing the release are two exceptional remixes by Bídlee and Bryz, each offering a unique interpretation while staying true to the spirit of the original live recordings, adding new depth and character to the project.
