Ministry of Public Health today recorded 1501 new confirmed cases of coronavirus (Covid-19), with 657 patients infected with the virus having recovered in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of recovered cases in the State of Qatar to 9170. The Ministry also announced two deaths due to the virus.

Over the last 24 hours, 24 people were admitted to intensive care due to the virus, bringing the total number of cases in intensive care to 188 cases.

The total number of positive COVID-19 cases recorded in Qatar till now stands at 43714 and there are 34521 active cases under treatment. So far, 23 people died from the coronavirus in Qatar. Ministry conducted 3349 tests in last 24 hours taking the total tests done so far to 188143 tests.

The Ministry stated that the two new deaths were a 66-year-old and 53-year-old, both of whom were receiving treatment in intensive care. The Ministry of Public Health extends its sincere condolences and great sympathy to the families of the two deceased.

Ministry of Public Health announces 1,732 confirmed new cases of COVID-19 and 620 new recovered cases in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of recovered cases in the State of Qatar to 8,513. The Ministry also announces two deaths due to the virus

The total number of positive COVID-19 cases recorded in Qatar till now stands at 42213 and there are 33679 active cases under treatment. So far, 21 people died from the coronavirus in Qatar. Ministry conducted 4152 tests in last 24 hours taking the total tests done so far to 184794 tests.

The Ministry stated that the two new deaths were a 55-year-old whose condition worsened after several days of illness and the second was a 38-year-old who was suffering from chronic diseases. Both patients were receiving necessary medical care in intensive care. The Ministry of Public Health extends its sincere condolences and great sympathy to the families of the two deceased.

During the last 24 hours, 16 new cases have been admitted to intensive care due to complications resulting from the infection, bringing the total number of people currently in intensive care units to 177.

The Ministry states that the new cases are due to expatriate workers who were infected with the virus as a result of contact with individuals who were previously infected, in addition to recording new cases of infection among groups of workers in different regions. The new cases have been identified after conducting investigations by the research and investigation teams of the Ministry of Public Health that contributed to early detection of cases.

The Ministry states that the new cases are due to expatriate workers who were infected with the virus as a result of contact with individuals who were previously infected, in addition to recording new cases of infection among groups of workers in different regions. The new cases have been identified after conducting investigations by the research and investigation teams of the Ministry of Public Health that contributed to early detection of cases.

Cases of infection have also increased among citizens and residents as a result of contact with infected family members who had been infected in the workplace or through visits and family gatherings. The new confirmed cases of infection have been introduced to complete isolation in the various medical facilities in the country, where they receive the necessary healthcare according to the health status of each case.

The Ministry revealed that the number of positive cases between citizens and residents witnessed a significant rise, with the number of infections relating to family gatherings, visits and sharing meals together with relatives and extended families having doubled.

The Ministry states that the two new deaths were of a 50 year-old and a 43 year year-old, both of whom were receiving treatment in intensive care. The Ministry of Public Health extends its sincere condolences and great sympathy to the families of the two patients.

The Ministry of Public Health announced today that 1547 new cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) were recorded and 242 people recovered in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of recovered in Qatar to 3,788, in addition to recording a new death from the virus.

The total number of positive COVID-19 cases recorded in Qatar till now stands at 30972 and there are 27169 active cases under treatment. So far, 15 people died from the coronavirus in Qatar.

Ministry conducted 4,531 tests in last 24 hours taking the total tests done so far to 152,704 tests.

And the Ministry of Health said that in the last 24 hours, 15 people were admitted in intensive care due to health complications resulting from virus, bringing the total number of people receiving medical care in intensive care to 158.
The ministry reported that a 74-year-old resident, who was receiving necessary medical care in intensive care, died. The Ministry of Public Health extends its sincere condolences and great sympathy to the family of the deceased.

Ministry of Public Health today announced the registration of 13 new confirmed cases of coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) in the State of Qatar as well as 6 further cases of people who have recovered from the virus. Th etotal number of positive cases now is 494.

Most of the new cases of infection are related to travelers who recently arrived in the State of Qatar, including five cases of Qatari citizens, with others being expatriates. The new infected cases have been admitted to complete health isolation, and they are receiving necessary medical care.

Ministry of Public Health also continues to research and investigate those in contact with new cases and to conduct the necessary checks for all citizens who have recently travelled into the country.

Ministry of Public Health announces the registration of 6 cases of recovery, including one for a Qatari citizen, bringing the total cases of recovery to 33 cases in the State of Qatar. ​
