مركز قطر للتطوير المهني هو أحد المراكز المنضوية تحت مظلة مؤسسة قطر للتربية والعلوم وتنمية المجتمع، ويسعى المركز لأن يكون منارة التوجيه المهني في دولة قطر، من أجل إعداد رأس المال البشري الوطني للاستجابة لمتطلبات رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030 واستراتيجيات التنمية البشرية، وذلك عبر غرس التوجيه المهني وترسيخه كجزء من الثقافة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للدولة.

ركز على دعم بناء القدرات القطرية ومساعدة الشباب على التخطيط الأمثل لمساراتهم المهنية بما يتوافق مع قدراتهم واحتياجات سوق العمل المستقبلية في الدولة. ويدعم المركز أيضًا أولياء الأمور والمعنيين بالتوجيه والتطوير المهني، حيث يقوم بتزويدهم بالأدوات والمعلومات التي تساعدهم على تقديم المشورة لطلبتهم وأبنائهم بشكل فعال.
وفضلًا عن ذلك، يسعى المركز لتعزيز ودعم جهود وضع السياسات والممارسات ذات الصلة بالتوجيه المهني عبر تقديم دراسات وأبحاث ورؤى واستشارات مهنية عالية الجودة، وتوفير أرقى الخدمات المهنية على أيدي مختصين. Qatar Career Development Center - Your Future in Your Hands

Qatar Career Development Center (QCDC), a member of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, aims to be the country’s beacon for career guidance, preparing the young national human capital to respond to the requirements of the QNV 2030, by instilling career guidance within Qatar’s socio-economic culture. QCDC supports Qatari capacity building and empowers youth to better plan their career paths in line with their potential and the future needs of Qatar’s labor market. It also equips parents and career guidance and development practitioners with career guidance knowledge and information needed so they may best advise and guide their children and students. QCDC also aims to enrich and support career guidance policy making and practices by contributing to quality career literature, insights and consulting as well as offering high quality career services by professional experts.

احتفالًا باليوم الدولي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، تعاونّا مع تلفزيون قطر لنمنح مشاركي برنامج "لأنك تقدر" فرصة مميزة للانطلاق في عالم الإعلام!

عاش المشاركون تجربة لا تُنسى، استكشفوا خلالها عالم الإعلام وشاركونا أحلامهم وطموحاتهم، وطرحوا العديد من الأسئلة الذكية التي تثبت مرة أخرى أن قدراتهم لا حدود لها حين تلتقي الفرصة بالدعم والتشجيع.

صممنا "لأنك تقدر" ليفتح الأبواب، ومشتركو البرنامج أثبتوا اليوم أنهم قادرون على فتح باب تخصص جديد آخر على مصراعيه.

To celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we collaborated with Qatar Television to give our EmpowerAbility participants a meaningful opportunity to step into the world of media!

They had an experience they will remember forever, exploring the studios, asking bold questions, sharing their dreams, and showing us once again that their abilities are limitless when opportunity meets encouragement.

EmpowerAbility exists to open doors, and today, another door opened wide.

اختتمت وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية والأسرة ومركز قطر للتطوير المهني يوم أمس برنامج "تأهيل ذوي الإعاقة للاندماج في سوق العمل". بتعاوننا نعزز مهارات مشتركينا، ونوسّع أفق أحلامهم، وندعم كلّ مشارك نحو المزيد من الاستقلالية والاندماج والنجاح في سوق العمل والمجتمع.

Ministry of Social Development and Family along with QCDC concluded yesterday the Work Integration Program for People with Disabilities. Together, we have strengthened skills, expanded opportunities, and supported every participant on their journey toward independence, inclusion, and future success.

خلال إجازة منتصف الفصل، شارك أكثر من ٧٠٠ طفل وطفلة في مبادرة ""الموظف الصغير"" داخل بيئات عمل حقيقية لدى مؤسسات وطنية رائدة مثل وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية ومؤسسة قطر للسياحة والمؤسسة القطرية للإعلام وجامعة قطر ومشيرب العقارية والبنك التجاري وشركة قطر للتأمين والهلال الأحمر القطري، وغيرها.

حظي مشاركو برنامج "معا نزدهر" من طلبة أكاديمية ريناد Renad Academyبتجربة مميزة من الممارسة العملية على مدى يومين بالتعاون مع مقهى "كريف" ، و"ذا دوم" وأتاح لهم البرنامج تطوير مهاراتهم العملية وبناء الثقة بالنفس، ودربهم على أساسيات العمل الجماعي، إيمانًا منّا بأهمية تمكين الطلبة من ذوي صعوبات التعلم وتعزيز قدرتهم على الالتحاق بعالم العمل مستقبلًا كغيرهم من الشباب.
