مركز قطر للتطوير المهني هو أحد المراكز المنضوية تحت مظلة مؤسسة قطر للتربية والعلوم وتنمية المجتمع، ويسعى المركز لأن يكون منارة التوجيه المهني في دولة قطر، من أجل إعداد رأس المال البشري الوطني للاستجابة لمتطلبات رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030 واستراتيجيات التنمية البشرية، وذلك عبر غرس التوجيه المهني وترسيخه كجزء من الثقافة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للدولة.

ركز على دعم بناء القدرات القطرية ومساعدة الشباب على التخطيط الأمثل لمساراتهم المهنية بما يتوافق مع قدراتهم واحتياجات سوق العمل المستقبلية في الدولة. ويدعم المركز أيضًا أولياء الأمور والمعنيين بالتوجيه والتطوير المهني، حيث يقوم بتزويدهم بالأدوات والمعلومات التي تساعدهم على تقديم المشورة لطلبتهم وأبنائهم بشكل فعال.

Qatar Career Development Center (QCDC), a member of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development, aims to be the country’s beacon for career guidance, preparing the young national human capital to respond to the requirements of the QNV 2030, by instilling career guidance within Qatar’s socio-economic culture. QCDC supports Qatari capacity building and empowers youth to better plan their career paths in line with their potential and the future needs of Qatar’s labor market. It also equips parents and career guidance and development practitioners with career guidance knowledge and information needed so they may best advise and guide their children and students. QCDC also aims to enrich and support career guidance policy making and practices by contributing to quality career literature, insights and consulting as well as offering high quality career services by professional experts.

As part of the recently concluded ‘My Career – My Future’ program, participants trained at Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP), where innovation meets industry.
This experience offered them a behind-the-scenes look at how research, entrepreneurship, and tech development are fueling Qatar’s knowledge economy. From startup incubation to applied research, students explored future-forward careers in science, technology, and business—gaining firsthand insight into how ideas are transformed into real-world solutions.

ضمن فعاليات "معسكر الابتكار الصيفي 2025" الذي ينظمه نادي رواد الأعمال الشباب بالتعاون مع وزارة الرياضة والشباب، قدّم مركز قطر للتطوير المهني ورشة متخصصة تهدف إلى تمكين الشباب من استكشاف مسارات الريادة والابتكار والقيادة، وتزودهم بالمهارات الشخصية والقابلة للنقل الضرورية للنجاح في أي مسار مهني يلتحقون به!
ويأتي هذا البرنامج في إطار تعاون مميز يضم غرفة قطر، وبنك قطر للتنمية، وسنونو، وجامعة قطر، الذين سيقدمون للمشاركين خلال الأسابيع القادمة ورشًا تدريبية وتجربة واقعية بإشراف نخبة من المدربين والخبراء وقادة الصناعات.

As part of the Summer Innovation Camp 2025 —organized by Young Entrepreneur Club in collaboration with the Ministry of Sports and Youth, QCDC delivered a specialized workshop designed to empower youth in exploring pathways in entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership, while providing them with essential transferable skills!
This dynamic program brings together key partners including Qatar Chamber, Qatar Development Bank, Snoonu, and Qatar University. Over the coming weeks, participants will dive into expert-led sessions, real-world challenges, and industry mentorship that bridge education with opportunity!

نستذكر محطة مميزة ضمن برنامج "مهنتي – مستقبلي" تدرب فيها المشاركون في سبـيتار، وخاضوا تجربة فريدة في عالم الطب الرياضي الحديث الذي عرفهم على أحدث تقنيات إعادة التأهيل البدني ومختبرات تحليل الحركة، وكيف يجتمع العلم بالعناية
لدعم أداء نخبة الرياضيين.

تخصصات عديدة من العلاج الطبيعي وجراحة العظام، إلى الميكانيكا الحيوية والبحث العلمي الطبي، فتحت هذه الرحلة عيونهم عليها وعلى مسارات مهنية دقيقة ومؤثرة، كل خطوة فيها تُحدث فرقًا في مشوار تعافي الأبطال.

As part of the recently concluded My Career – My Future program, participants explored the cutting-edge world of sports medicine at Aspetar.

Their visit offered a deep dive into state-of-the-art rehabilitation technologies and motion analysis labs, revealing how science and care come together to support elite athlete performance.

Students gained insight into careers in physiotherapy, orthopedics, biomechanics, and medical research—uncovering the precision, passion, and purpose behind every step in an athlete’s journey to recovery.

مسك الختام لبرنامج "مهنتي – مستقبلي" بحفل مميز تشرفنا خلاله بحضور السيد يوسف النعمة، الرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة قطر، ونخبة من ممثلي الجهات الشريكة، لنحتفل بأسبوع حافل بالاستكشاف المهني والنمو الشخصي خاضه المشاركون الأعزاء.

تأخذكم هذه اللقطات في جولة ضمن أبرز اللحظات التي عاشها أكثر من 250 طالب وطالبة شاركوا في البرنامج وتدربوا في قطاعات مختلفة وحيوية بفضل تعاون أكثر من 25 مؤسسة مرموقة من القطاعين العام والخاص.

My Career – My Future 2025 concluded with a powerful closing ceremony in the presence of the CEO of Qatar Foundation, celebrating a week of discovery, growth, and real-world career exploration.

This highlight video looks back at the journeys of over 250 high school students who spent five days immersed in workplaces across diverse sectors—from medicine and aviation to media, law, and engineering—thanks to the support of more than 25 partner organizations.

Thank you to everyone who believes in the potential of Qatar’s youth and helps turn their aspirations into reality.

نُسدل الستار على نسخة أخرى ناجحة من برنامج "مهنتي – مستقبلي" بلحظات مميّزة جمعت في طياتها حماس المشاركين وطموحهم المتجدد، وإليكم بعض أبرز محطاتها التي شكّلت هذا اليوم الفريد.

رحلةٌ ما كانت لتكتمل لولا الدعم القيم من أكثر من 25 مؤسسة شريكة ورائدة فتحت أبوابها لمشاركي البرنامج ومكنتهم من الاستكشاف وطرح الأسئلة واكتساب الخبرات والنظر إلى المستقبل بأعين جديدة، لهم منا كل الشكر والتقدير.

وتشرفنا كذلك بحضور الرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة قطر، ونخبة من قيادات المؤسسة، في لفتة تعكس عمق الالتزام المشترك بتمكين الجيل القادم.

‎في المسار الصحيح مع "الريل” بين أنظمة التحكم وغرف العمليات وخلف القطارات التي نراها كل يوم، عاش مشتركو "مهنتي – مستقبلي" تجربة استثنائية مع شركة "الريل" تعرّفوا من خلالها على خفايا شبكة مترو الدوحة عالية التطور ورأوا بأعينهم كيف تدور عجلات العمل لا بالحديد فقط، بل بالتخطيط والهندسة والتكنولوجيا والتنظيم اللوجستي الكفوء.‎أطعتهم هذه التجربة رؤية مختلفة لما يعنيه النقل الذكي، واتضحت لهم ملامح مسارات مهنية عديدة في عالم النقل المستدام وتطوير البنية التحتية الذكية.

On the Right Track with Qatar Rail

As part of their field training, My Career – My Future students visited Qatar Rail to explore the inner workings of Qatar’s advanced railway network.

They gained hands-on insight into the full passenger experience, and learned how engineering, technology, and logistics come together to ensure efficient and seamless operations.

Their journey sparked new perspectives on the role of smart mobility in shaping the future—and introduced students to exciting career paths in sustainable transportation and infrastructure development.
