When you don’t share an office, you learn to read each other differently. A fast emoji reply means “got you.” A message left on ‘seen’ doesn’t mean you’re being ignored - it just means someone’s deep in focus mode or grabbing coffee from their actual kitchen.

There are no hallway hellos or team lunches. But there are random Slack check-ins, spontaneous memes, and a shared doc that somehow feels like it has a personality of its own.

Remote teams don’t bond over proximity. You don’t need a desk to feel like you belong. You just need people who make space for you - even virtually. ✌🏼

Anyone else finding that summer productivity hits differently when your office moves outdoors? ☀️

Summer remote work means team calls from bean bags in the yard or tackling your to-do list from a hammock on your balcony (as long as the Wi-Fi reaches, obviously 😅).

Maybe a bit of sunshine might just be the secret productivity boost we've all been needing. Now drink some water!
