We tell our candidates this: rejection isn’t a stop sign. It’s a reroute.

Remote work isn’t new anymore. It’s the norm, and we’ve stopped romanticizing it. 😌

It’s just work, done well, by people who happen to trust each other. The flexibility isn’t the perk - the ownership is.

Remote only fails when trust does. We built HKR to make sure that never happens. ✌🏼

While others unwind with yoga or meditation, we went with hot sauce and mild trauma.

Our team joined Mindspace's Hot Sauce Challenge to “relax” (read: suffer) and put their blood, sweat and tears (literally) in it. The result? Victory. 😏

Sometimes, the secret to success is resilience… and milk. 🥛

Everyone’s busy asking if AI will replace people.

The better question is... will it replace bad habits? 🤔

AI won’t make you creative.
It won’t teach empathy, or taste, or how to tell a story that lands.
What it will do is show who’s been thinking, and who’s been copy-pasting.

Don’t fear the tech. Fear complacency.

Because the future doesn’t belong to people who use AI, it belongs to those who use it well. 😊

That’s a big deal, and we never take it lightly.

Because your first job shapes how you’ll see work... forever.

This month, we welcome 130+ new seasonal rookies joining us over the next few months. We hope this experience sets the bar high, showing that good work can be supportive, challenging, and real.

Oh, and we managed to recruit all 130 in under just four weeks.
Yes, our hiring team is that good. 😉
