Have you ever explored this island in Malta? ๐Ÿคฉ

Did you know that Malta is actually an archipelago made up of 5 main islands? ๐ŸŒด

Malta, Comino, Gozo and Filfla are all beautiful places and to be well respected... but this island holds a secret. ๐Ÿค”

Saint Paul's island gets its name from the legend of Saint Paul the Apostle, where it's said that in 60AD he crash landed on the islands with Saint Luke. ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ˜ณ

On the top of the island, you can find the statue of Saint Paul, commemorating the legend. ๐Ÿ“š

This is a great place to explore with family and friends respectfully, especially considering its size. Leave no trace behind and definitely watch out for boat traffic when you're visiting. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Bring your snorkel and make sure to explore all around because each side is different, with special features and unique landscapes. โค๏ธ

The closest areas to reach the island are from Mistra Bay just south of it, or Saint Paul's Bay or Gฤงadira Bay on the other side. ๐Ÿšฃ

Exploring my favorite parts of Malta! ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿคฉ

The southwest shoreline of Malta is one of the best areas to explore and be outdoors on the island. ๐Ÿ’š

In this section, you can find some of the most dramatic landscapes, best sunset spots, most stunning dive wrecks and underwater snorkeling, as well as hiking, biking, rock climbing, cave exploring and more! ๐Ÿง—๐Ÿคฟ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿฅพ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ โ˜€๏ธ

Here you can find the 'Blue Grotto', a naturally occurring rock overhang jutting out from the mainland. ๐Ÿ˜

You have fantastic views from the cliffs above or from sea level, as you can swim or take a boat tour through it and the caves that surround it. ๐Ÿšฃ

You can stop for a bite in ลปurrieq and scuba dive the Um El Faroud wreck, or hike the coastline to the Dingli cliffs for views of the countryside while watching the sun fade into the Mediterranean. ๐Ÿฅน

While there, check out the nearby ฤฆaฤกar-Qim temples for some amazing culture and history, and the Gฤงar Lapsi area for gorgeous views of the seaside while you hike. โค๏ธ

Have you explored one of Europe's most hidden islands? ๐Ÿคฉ

The island of Gozo is located just north of the main island of Malta on the Maltese archipelago. It's a short 30 minute ferry from the main island, and is a quieter, smaller, and more rural place to discover.

After living on the islands for over 10 years, it's my honor and privilege to show off the beautiful spots and sites to locals as well as visitors.

Gozo has a local feel and traditions all their own, so please respect the seas as well as the historical landmarks and architecture when you travel.

I try very hard on this island, to help encourage others to fall in love with the outdoors as much as I have, and to find a healthy balance between life and work. ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Most people are scared of public speaking and find it very difficult to stand up and deliver a story or message in front of a group. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

For me, I love the experience because I'm able to inspire, encourage, or motivate people with my emotion and my passion much easier in person than through a screen. It's more real, and there's more energy! ๐Ÿ˜‰

As someone who's worked tirelessly long hours indoors or at a job I didn't find fulfilling, I know the feeling of struggle while still feeling lost in this world. ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

I struggled with a healthy work/life balance all through my 20's and 30's, and quite frankly could never really figure it out until I moved to Europe.

Part of growing up means learning from your experiences... what you did right and wrong, and apply those lessons to your everyday life.

I consider myself very fortunate to be doing what I love everyday, but it wasn't always that way. For me, finding a way to unwind and focus on my passions was a great way through the rough times, and eventually led to a much happier and more fulfilled life. โค๏ธ

I'm very thankful for my experiences, and am blessed to be given a platform to share my love through. Many thanks to for hosting me in Valletta at the University of Malta Campus, and thank you to all that follow along! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒ
