Most methods designed to build confidence focus on behaviour:
How you stand.
How you speak.
What you say during the first thirty seconds.
They may change the surface.
But they do not necessarily change what you communicate beneath the words.
Because presence is not another skill you add to yourself.
Presence is what becomes visible when the patterns that have been covering you begin to dissolve—the fear of judgment, the need for approval, learned distrust, and the habit of living in your mind instead of inhabiting your body.
Here are three practices to explore this week:
1. Before entering a room, name your expectation.
What are you already assuming about how you will be received?
2. During the interaction, notice your energetic boundaries.
Where does your energy end, and where does the other person’s energy begin?
3. Before you speak, bring your attention into your abdomen.
Remain connected to that place as you speak.
None of this transforms overnight.
But awareness is the first movement of liberation.
Patterns do not dissolve because you fight them harder.
They begin to dissolve because they are finally seen.
