When teens shut down, a book can open up their world.
We talk to our kids about smoking, drinking, junk food — but we rarely talk about loneliness. And yet, loneliness is just as harmful.
The World Health Organization has declared loneliness a global epidemic, with real effects on teen health: it affects the body like smoking 15 ci******es a day. It rewires the brain. It makes them sick.
This campaign by Curtea Veche Publishing opens up a long-overdue conversation and shows how something as simple as a daily reading habit can help. Just 15 minutes of reading a day can lower stress, build emotional understanding, and remind teens they’re not alone.
We’re proud to stand behind this work, alongside our Power of One partners: Starcom , MSL The Practice, est.now, Carre Noir. Special thanks go to StaySharp (production).
