Într-una din cele cinci zile petrecute la Sibiu, am ajuns și la Muzeul Național Brukenthal, unde am vizitat expozitia „Ovidiu Maitec 100” – un omagiu emoționant adus sculptorului despre care Mircea Eliade spunea că este „cel mai puternic urmaș spiritual al lui Brâncuși”. A fost o bucurie să-i întâlnesc acolo pe Dana și Ștefan Maitec, fiul artistului, într-un moment care a dat și mai multă profunzime lucrărilor expuse .
Am văzut și expoziția Tonitza, în care poți admira lucrarea “Maternitate” o minune și o încheiere perfectă pentru zilele intense și atât de speciale petrecute în Sibiu.
