So we are off to Prague to pitch ONE INCH EASTWARD and meet our friends from Ex Oriente. We'll be there for Paddy's Day, hope there's a parade this year!

The East Doc Forum, the leading pitching event for Central and Eastern European documentary filmmakers, returns in 2025 with a new slate of outstanding projects. This year, a total of 26 projects have been selected to participate. Join us on March 18!

The Embassy of Romania to Ireland hosted a nice reception on Friday after Dublin City Council announces Solenoid by Mircea Cărtărescu and translated by Sean Cotter as winner of the 2024 Dublin Literary Award of Eur100,000. Must be emphasised that he quotes James Joyce as a major influence! We agreed that when he returns I'll take him the Joyce Tower.
