Allow me to introduce myself—my name is Gabriel, and I am the new legal and rightful owner of Vandalism Musique, including all its sublabels. Many of you know that the label was previously operated by Alvaro, but as of now, it is under new leadership and vision. Alongside my incredible team—Xavier, Zola, Tos, My Xay, Root, and many more—we are working diligently to restore and elevate the legacy of Vandalism.
🌐 Website and Distribution Updates
We are proud to announce that the official website, www.vandalismmusique.com, is in development and will serve as the primary source of catalog updates, artist relations, and contact information and all label related information.
We are also actively auditing past distribution issues to ensure every artist is accounted for, and that every track released under our banners is properly managed, reported, and respected.
📑 Trademark & Legal Standing
Our legal team has confirmed that our trademark registration is under official review by the Spanish Office of Patents and Trademarks. We anticipate a successful outcome shortly, which will further strengthen our ability to protect all materials, logos, and associated rights of the Vandalism Label Group, including:

Every artist affiliated with our label is fully protected under our legal framework. All copyrights, intellectual property, and royalties are being reviewed and accounted for. We take your music, your identity, and your artistry seriously. We will continue to protect and enforce your rights in all legal capacities.
🏷️ To Our Labels and Merch Holders
All sublabels and visual assets (logos, artwork, etc.) are legally covered by our trademark claim. This includes any merchandise previously distributed using Vandalism Musique’s branding. Please be advised that no merchandise is currently authorized for sale under our name.
We are launching our own official merchandise store soon—once all agreements with manufacturing and distribution partners are finalized. Until then, any sale of Vandalism-related merch is unauthorized and may be subject to legal action.

Root, our artist relations coordinator, personally handles all onboarding and submissions. We are always on the lookout for fresh talent.
⚖️ To Those Misusing Our Music
A stern warning: we have observed unauthorized re-uploads, repackaging, and monetization of tracks—particularly works originally released by our founder Dubphone. Let it be known—we will take legal action.
Our legal team is already collecting evidence across multiple platforms. Any unauthorized use of our catalogue or trademarks for personal or commercial gain will be pursued to the full extent of international copyright and trademark law.
