Why You Should Be Checking Your Bloöd Pressure

High blood pressure is often called a “silent killër” because many people do not notice any symptöms until serious dämage has already happened. Regular bloòd pressure checks can help detect problems early and reduce the rïsk of complications.

Checking your blòod pressure regularly helps identify high blöod pressure before it causes harm to the body.

2️⃣ Prevention of heart disease:

Uncontrolled bloòd pressure increases the risk of heart attack, heart failure, and other cardiovascular diseases.
