[◉°] We finally got all four of us in one picture, against colorful backdrops & in fancy clothes, so we might as well seize the moment & yap about ourselves a bit.

origin story goes something like… this?

A forgotten forum post led to Andrei starting his first band.

A pack of chasing dogs led Dan to catch their opening act. (true story!)

Then, after years of DIY music & shows, they figured that the local scene needs more daring, exciting music for you.

Which sparked a wild idea: why not create this themselves?

At the center of their idea – the studio.

🩷🎤Here, Andrei has been moving between cables & conversations with quiet precision, empathy & assurance ever since. Now he hears the potential in a half-sung melody, knows when to nudge a compressor or just let the room breathe.

💛🔆Dan, on the other hand, has been making sure your idea has a stage – staying warm, calm & upbeat while everything else is on fire.

Already booking next year’s line-up, making a poster for local shows, or putting together a team for the next festival, Dan is a meticulous planner with an eye for detail & a real love for a well-built Excel. But if you ask the bands, it’s not the spreadsheets they rave about, but his backstage presence.

🧡💽 One of the first people to bring their ideas to us was Lazăr. This has turned into Alone at Parties & him becoming vital part of the . Nowadays he is responsible for big-picture decisions & long-term planning – helping us help you release your ideas into the wild.

💜⏭️Ready to invite you in is Arina: the latest, most-colorful addition to our team. Knowing how to turn the stories we tell into a space where you belong — both online and off, she is here to guide you through our studio, answer your questions & make sure that your music finds a community.

You have asked us many times, so what e x a c t l y do you do? 🌐
Here’s our honest answer… Many things.

Shortly, we produce & book music.

We started our studio in the heart of Cluj 8 years ago.

1 idea & 2 friends clueless that it will spin into years of near-bankruptcies💸, white nights, too much 🍻, countless friends, & a TON of love and support.

🎤 From the studio, we naturally expanded to the stage & the people around us.

🎸 First, we started with concerts:
from small clubs, to festivals like Electric Castle or TIFF.

🫂 Then, we invited you inside our circle:
with workshops, film screenings & discussions that bring us closer.

Today we’re a small team (4 & counting!) taking care of BIG THINGS.

And yes, we have always done this.
Except now we’re getting much bolder with our colors.

🎬 O bijuterie a cinematografiei europene interbelice, 𝘗𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘚𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘺 (1930) prinde viață pe marele ecran la 𝗖𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗠𝗮̆𝗿𝗮̆𝘀̦𝘁𝗶, vineri, 26 septembrie, de la ora 19:00.

Alătură-te și descoperă Berlinul anilor ’30, prin imagini tandre și o coloană sonoră originală creată live de 𝗡𝗶𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗸𝗶 – synth-uri, pian electric și multă improvizație. yes. it’s already September 11, we know. after a tiny well-deserved “vacation” (read: ice cream at odd hours, pockets full of sand, afternoons with sun on our faces & shoes off in parks), we got to see the world move slow for once. then the inbox woke us up and dragged us back.

this summer we ran cables, hit lights, drum-rolled through the rain & solved the unsolvable right before anyone could notice. backstage was loud and quiet in turns, the kind of chaos that energizes us more than coffee.

so here’s our recap of what we did on the road and on stage, fashionably late.

big love to every band, tech crew member and every single person who showed up. every clean set, every last-minute switch, every excited cheer… that’s what keeps us moving & moving 🤍

This is the most punk version of ourselves (so far?), if we can call it that.
A song about pop psychology, oversimplified ways of understanding & bettering yourself.
It quickly came about one summer morning after grabbing a hungover coffee and noticing a tacky self-help book winking at me.

🎸⋆⭒˚｡⋆ Hey , strap on your skinny jeans & dust off that vintage jacket—this week’s cover has us looking like a 2003 garage band (you’d probably spot on a crumpled coffee-shop flyer).

Shot during our team photoshoot – awkward poses & dorky outfits included – here’s the twist: beneath these indie looks, the 12 tracks are slow, introspective gems. Here you will find late-night confessions, hazy dream-pop, and tunes to pair with the sunset.

We might seem riot-ready, but we softly whisper this time. Think of this as our cheeky summer season kick-off. ☀️

This week we piled into the van with Zimbru, Adina Oros & half of the and set our sights on Bucharest for Cirkular 7 at Control Club. 🚐✨

We rolled in, plugged in, and reconnected with Dan Vamanu and Alone at Parties—then gave ourselves some downtime wandering through the park, soaking up the late-afternoon sun. 🌳☀️

Huge thanks to every one of our who showed up in Bucharest—you made the night intimate & joyful! Swapping stories and deep conversations with you might be the highlight of this season ‧₊˚✧🪩✧˚₊‧

A home for music.

Cirkular is a young collective of music artists and industry professionals, located in the heart of Cluj-Napoca’s music scene.

Founded in October 2018, Cirkular functions as a fresh record label, a top-grade music production studio, a slick artist management company and an active event planning agency - all from a cosy little house right in the center of Cluj. Cirkular is all of these things and something more.

Our aim is to provide high-quality audio services and counseling, composing, recording, editing, mixing and mastering for music albums, films, games and commercials alike. And also general artist management via a creative platform never seen before in Cluj.

Cirkular’s core team is made up of Andrei Bobiș (founder, producer and composer extraordinaire), Dan Vamanu (booking & events manager and marketing officer) and Lazăr Ometiță (project manager & team balance guru).
