The 3rd day I decided to use the leftover chicken meat from my MVP soup for a nutritious salad. I cut the carrot in small stripes with a julienne peeler, peeled the cucumber, added some greens, onion and tahini sauce. You can also use yoghurt, kefir, mayo or any other sauce you like.

The second day I've made a versatile from chicken, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, bay leaf, and thyme. Fried the onion and spices, then added the meat, garlic, and tomato sauce, seasoning to taste. It pairs great with polenta, mashed potatoes, noodles, or pasta. What's your favorite pairing? 😊

Whether it's simmering a or launching a product in the market, the key to success lies in breaking down the process into manageable steps, starting with the essentials, and then iterating based on feedback. This approach allows for flexibility, quick adaptation, and continuous improvement, ensuring both your dishes and business strategies meet the tastes and needs of those they're meant to satisfy.

Whip up a cozy feast in a flash with our MVP – just warm it up and get ready for the magic touch: homemade dumplings! 🌟

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
Equal quantity of semolina to the egg volume (use the eggshell to measure)
A pinch of salt
Optional: a spoonful of oil for a richer texture
Instructions:
Prepare the Dumpling Mixture:

In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and beat them lightly with a whisk or fork.
Measure the semolina using the empty eggshells to ensure an equal quantity to the eggs. Gradually add the semolina to the beaten eggs, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
Add a pinch of salt (and a spoonful of oil if you prefer a richer texture). Mix until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture has a consistency thick enough to hold its shape when scooped, but still soft.
Let the Mixture Rest:

Allow the dumpling mixture to rest for about 5-10 minutes. This resting period helps the semolina absorb the liquid, resulting in a firmer dumpling that holds together better when cooked.

Shape the Dumplings:

With wet hands or two spoons dipped in water to prevent sticking, shape the mixture into small, bite-sized dumplings. The traditional shape is slightly oval or round, but the size and shape can be adjusted based on personal preference.
Cook the Dumplings:

Bring a large pot of salted water or your favorite soup to a gentle boil.

The concept of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in the business world is about creating a product with just enough features to satisfy early customers and to provide feedback for future product development. Translating this concept into the kitchen, an "MVP Chicken Soup" would be a basic, yet satisfying, version of chicken soup that serves as a foundation for further culinary creativity.

Ever thought of bringing the agility of your work processes into the kitchen? Let's create a dish that embodies the principle of Agile methodology - adaptable, efficient, and deliciously satisfying! πŸš€πŸ‘©β€πŸ³

Here's How:
1. The Agile Base 🍲
Start with a simple yet versatile chicken soup base + cooked chicken meat. Think of it as your project's Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in the culinary world - it's basic, but it has everything you need to get started and the potential to evolve into something more complex.

2. Agile Noodles 🍜
Next, toss in some noodles. Just as you iterate and adapt in agile sprints, adjust the cooking time to achieve that perfect, al dente texture. It's all about flexibility and adjusting to feedback!

3. Season & Greens πŸ₯¦
Now, season your soup to taste and add a handful of your favorite greens. This is where you can get creative - experimenting with flavors is akin to refining and improving your project based on user feedback.

Voilà! Your Agile Soup is Ready! 🌟
This dish is more than just a meal; it's showcasing the principles of adaptability, simplicity, and continuous improvement - key ingredients for success both in the office and at home.

πŸ— How to turn a chicken into 6 quick meals aka how to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in the kitchen? 🌟

First, boil the meat separately to skim off foam and impurities. πŸ’§

Prepare your veggies. πŸ₯• Cutting them small releases the flavour faster.

"Frying" the veggies 3-5 minutes in some vegetable oil gives extra flavour. πŸ”₯

Add the veggies, herbs, and slow cook. 🍲 The magic happens after at least 1 hour.

When ready, separate the meat. Well done! πŸ‘ You can now jump to level 2: Adapt and Improvise to your family's taste! 🎯
