Multa bafta echipei oradene!

🚋 Oradea Steps onto the Stage at the First World Tram Driver Championship! 🇷🇴✨
We’re incredibly proud to see Team Oradea representing Romania at the World Tram Driver Championship premiere— especially since Oradea hosted the European Championship just two years ago!
And that’s no coincidence: trams are an essential part of daily life in the city. With a modern low-floor fleet and ambitious plans for the future — including a planned tram connection to the airport — Oradea continues to innovate and grow. 🚋✈️
Driving for the team are Ionela Schipor and Florin Olaru. Ionela is known for staying calm under pressure, while Florin earned his spot by winning the internal selection. A strong and focused team, ready for the challenge ahead!
We’re excited to see how they perform tomorrow — and we’re keeping our fingers firmly crossed for a fantastic result! 💪🍀

Our next participant comes from Eastern Europe, right from the Great Hungarian Plain! This city is not only famous for its historic tram system, but also for its stunning baroque palace, known far beyond its national borders.

And what makes it even more exciting: a few years ago, the city hosted the European Tramdriver Championship! We know that the city's 180,000 inhabitants are true tram enthusiasts and are proud that their team will be participating in the 1st World Tramdriver Championship in Vienna!

Unser nächster Teilnehmer kommt aus dem Osten Europas, direkt aus der Großen Ungarischen Tiefebene! Diese Stadt ist nicht nur für ihr historisches Straßenbahnsystem bekannt, sondern auch für ihren prächtigen barocken Palast, der weit über die Landesgrenzen hinaus bekannt ist.

Und was noch schöner ist: Hier fand vor einigen Jahren bereits die Straßenbahn-Europameisterschaft statt! Wir wissen, dass die über 180.000 Einwohner wahre Straßenbahn-Fans sind und deshalb mega stolz darauf sind, dass ihr Team bei der 1. Straßenbahn-Weltmeisterschaft in Wien teilnimmt!
