🥁 In 2023 & 2024 we managed to develop a series of podcasts with several Social Firms Europe CEFEC members, and we are very happy to continue with this tradition in 2025, with the help of Organizatia Institutul Bucovina and the Green Leaders project.

📣 Mr. Chris Eric Hack, the Executive Committee representative from pro mente Oberösterreich (Austria).

✅ He is a delegate of pro mente since 2016 & leader of WG3 - “CEFEC Award”. Chris has a Doctors degree in History (Contemporary European History) and a Masters degree in Philosophy.

🌟 His professional experience in the social economy field consists of: development and writing of concepts for the reintegration of socially disadvantaged people into the labor market & education and training of socially disadvantaged people.

🤩 We are happy to share with you the 📝 Report of the 5th CEFEC Academy event, which was organized in Mainz/Germany, between ⏳ 28 June - 2 July 2025, under the title “Empower the Future: International training for Young Green Social Entrepreneurs”.

This year's edition of the Academy was organized within the Erasmus+ project Green Leaders ♻️

🌱 We’re proud to celebrate the incredible participation of 18 young changemakers who joined the Green Leaders Academy.

🤝They came from five different organizations- GPE Germany, CPU Slovenia, ACDC Romania, DMLAS Italy and CEFEC- most of them strangers at first, but over the 3 days of the Academy, they built teams, exchanged ideas, and turned shared values into action. These emerging leaders brought passion, creativity, and a shared commitment to building a greener, fairer world.

🎤 The experience culminated in the presentation of their green business ideas before the CEFEC Executive Committee, and participation in the 39th CEFEC Conference.

🌍This was more than a training—it was a launchpad for bold ideas, international partnerships, and youth-powered solutions for climate and social challenges.

📌 We are now in the process of editing the new recorded Podcasts during the 2025 CEFEC Conference & Academy from Mainz/Germany. Until these will be ready, we still have 🤩1 more recording from the 4th edition of the SFE CEFEC Academy event, in Lisbon/Portugal.

📣 So, we continue this week by sharing with you the last Podcast from this series, with: 📌 Ms. Ștefania Scripniciuc from Romania.

🥁Ștefania participated in the Academy as part of the Organizatia Institutul Bucovina, and her motivation was the following: "to develop my personal skills in an environment that promotes excellence and innovation. I am drawn to the opportunity to learn from experts in the field, to collaborate with passionate colleagues, and to expand my knowledge".

✅The 2025 Social Firms Europe CEFEC Conference was organized in Mainz/Germany, between 01-02 July, under the title “CREATING ACCESS. Job Carving and Job Crafting”.
