In 2005 an ancient red brick building that is onsite the Arma factory's territory started a new life. The world "Gazgolder" stands for huge tanks with oil gas, but now it has got one more meaning. The new history of Gazgolder started - cultural, bright and full of events that are of direct relevance of forming native rap tradition. The first theme parties and exhibitions were organized in spring 2
005, in March Basta came from Rostov-na-Donu. That was the moment when a new movement was born that gathered together a number of different but extremely talented people. Gazgolder today is a unique creative association consists of musicians, poets, artists, producers and other people of modern art. The ground floor is baroque, Chinese food, authentic tea ceremonies and a chimney corner. There are provocative paintings of "The secret life of the power" series with Lenin, Stalin and Trotsky all around the century-old walls. The first floor is the place where non-stop creative process is set in: there is a studio, editing and other rooms that are off-stage. Day after day the most important things take place here: Noggano, Basta, Guf, QP, Ak-47, Oleg Gruz and their numerous teams have been composing and recording, mixing and filming. Not everyone can visit Gazgolder. The doors have been opened only for friends and kindred spirits, that helps to create and save the private and clubby atmosphere. In course of time the club has got its own crest that stands for the word "gaz-holder" and spirit of unity and cohesion of all the inhabitants.

Возникло творческое объединение Газгольдер, и в доме, где оно обосновалось, началась культурная, интересная, насыщенная событиями жизнь, которая имеет самое непосредственное отношение к формированию отечественной рэп культуры
