8 июня в рамках деловой программы первого онлайн-форума аудиовизуального контента Key Buyers Event: digital edition прошла панельная дискуссия, посвященная государственной поддержке креативных индустрий и сотрудничеству с зарубежными партнерами. Участники рассказали, как государственные ведомства помогают индустрии развиваться в международном направлении, о мерах поддержки и дальнейших планах.

«Создание Московской кинокомиссии стало сигналом руководству города, что мы готовы сделать Москву дружелюбным местом для съемок, дружелюбной локацией, как для российских производителей, так и для зарубежных и оказывать содействие в организации съемок», — отметила Светлана Максимченко.

Также Московская кинокомиссия выступила координатором круглого стола по возобновлению кинопроизводства в изменившемся мире. Участники обсудили, какие меры безопасности приняты для скорейшего возобновления кинопроизводства и как кинокомиссии могут помочь для возвращения съемочных групп на площадки.

On June 8, a panel discussion was held as part of the business program at the first online forum of audio-visual content Key Buyers Event: digital edition. The discussion was devoted to state support for creative industries and cooperation with foreign partners. Participants discussed how government departments are helping the industry to develop internationally, what support measures exist and what are the future plans.

“The creation of Moscow Film Commission was a signal to the city leadership that we are ready to make our city film-friendly, both for Russian and foreign producers, and to assist in organizing filming process,” — said Svetlana Maximchenko.

Moscow Film Commission also took part as the coordinator of the round table on the resumption of film production in a changed world. Participants discussed what security measures have been taken to speed up the resumption of film production and how film commissions worlwide can help to return film crews to the set.

Московская кинокомиссия примет участие в онлайн-рынке российского аудиовизуального контента Key buyers event: digital edition, который организует Roskino при поддержке Министерство культуры Российской Федерации и Правительства Москвы. Мероприятие пройдет с 8 по 15 июня.

Московская кинокомиссия проведет круглый стол по возобновлению кинопроизводства в изменившемся мире с участием президента AFCI Джесс Коноплиа, главы чешской кинокомиссии Павлины Жипковой, главы исландской кинокомиссии Эйнара Хансена Томассона, продюсера HBO Джея Роуи и продюсера «Спутник Восток Продакшн» Александра Кесселя.

Руководитель Москино и ответственный секретарь Московской кинокомиссии Светлана Максимченко также примет участие в круглом столе, посвященном государственной поддержке экспорта креативных индустрий и сотрудничестве с иностранными представителями киноотрасли.

Moscow Film Сommission will host a discussion on film production after the pandemic with the participation of President of the Association of Film Commissioners International (AFCI) Jess Conoplia, Head of Czech Film Commission Pavlína Žipková, Film Commissioner at Iceland Film Commission Einar Hansen Tómasson, Senior Vice President of West Coast Production at HBO Jay Roewe and producer at Sputnik Vostok production Alexander Kessel.

CEO of Moskino and Moscow Film Commission Svetlana Maximchenko will also take part in a round table on state support for the export of creative industries and collaboration with international filmmakers.

(АПКиТ).

Больше всего наград у сериалов «Шторм» Бориса Хлебникова и «Эпидемия» Павла Костомарова, каждый из них стал победителем в пяти номинациях. А лучшим полнометражным фильмом признан «Текст» Клима Шипенко, съемки эпизодов которого проходили при содействии Московской кинокомиссии.

The names of the winners of the VIII Prize of the Association of Film and Television Producers (APKiT) were announced.

Most of the awards are received by the series "Storm" by Boris Khlebnikov and "Epidemic" by Pavel Kostomarov, all of them became winners in five nominations. And the best feature movie was “Text” by Klim Shipenko, the episodes of this film were shot with the support of Moscow Film Commission.

Министр культуры РФ Ольга Любимова обозначила предполагаемые сроки возобновления кинопроизводства в России.

«Первые работы тех кинематографистов, которые нашли натуру в регионе, я думаю, первые экспедиции могут начаться с 1 июня, потому что есть рекомендации... Чуть позже, это (съемки) может начаться в Москве, этот вопрос обсуждается с Московской кинокомиссией», — сообщила Любимова во время заседания комитета Госдумы по культуре.

The Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova outlined the expected dates for the resumption of film production in Russia.

“The first works of those filmmakers who found a nature in the region, the first expeditions can begin on June 1, because we have recommendations ... A little later, this (shooting) can begin in Moscow, this issue is being discussed with the Moscow Film Commission,” Lyubimova said during a meeting of the State Duma Committee of Culture.

Крутицкое подворье — одно из самых популярных для съемок исторических мест Москвы. Первые постройки появились здесь еще в начале 16 века, многие старинные здания и каменные улочки сохранились до наших дней.

На территории подворья проходили съемки сериалов «Братья Карамазовы» и «Бесы» по романам Достоевского, исторических фильмов об эпохе Ивана Грозного и Петра Первого, шпионских драм.

Krutitsy Patriarchal Metochion is one of the most popular for filming historical places in Moscow. The first buildings appeared here in the early 16th century, many old buildings and stone streets have survived to this day.

Сегодня, несмотря на пандемию, уже можно говорить о возобновлении работы кинопроизводителей в мире. Голливудские кинокомпании ведут подготовку к съемкам в Чехии и Венгрии. Разработаны новые правила проведения съемок, включающие в себя тестирование актеров на коронавирусную инфекцию каждые 14 дней и поддержание санитарных норм на месте съемок и в павильонах. Планируется, что при их выполнении кинопроизводство в Европе восстановится уже осенью.

В ближайшее время съемки начнутся в Новой Зеландии. Съемочные группы фильма «Аватар 2» и сериала «Властелин колец» уже готовы вернуться к работе. Чтобы возобновить съемку, каждому участнику съемочного процесса необходимо пройти регистрацию на специальном портале для контроля и отслеживания сотрудников.

До сих пор неизвестно, когда возобновятся съемки в США. Пока комитет по оказанию помощи постановщикам разрабатывает правила проведения съемок.

Today, despite the pandemic, we can already say that filmmakers resume work. Hollywood film companies are preparing for filming in the Czech Republic and Hungary. New shooting rules have been developed. These include testing actors for coronavirus infection every 14 days and maintaining sanitary standards at the location and in the pavilions. It is planned that with their implementation, film production in Europe will recover in the fall.

In the near future, shooting will begin in New Zealand. The crew of the movie "Avatar 2" and the series "Lord of the Rings" are ready to return to the shootings. To resume filming, each participant in the filming process must be registered on a special portal for monitoring and tracking employees.

It is still unknown when the shooting in the USA will resume. For the time being, the director’s assistance committee is developing filming rules.

В России разработаны рекомендации для возобновления киносъемочного процесса. Роспотребнадзор с учетом предложений Ассоциация продюсеров кино и телевидения (АПКиТ) подготовил список мер, где главным принципом работы становится «принцип групповой ячейки». Таким образом ограничиваются контакты между цехами и отделами, не связанными общими задачами и производственными процессами. Также среди мер — ограничение массовки, ежедневный контроль температуры и повышенное внимание к вопросу дезинфекции съемочной площадки.

In Russia, recommendations for the resumption of filming have been developed. Елизавета Глинка – известный врач-реаниматолог и правозащитник. Ее трагическая смерть стала ударом для всех. Режиссер Оксана Карас и Кинокомпания Кит (ГПМ КИТ - GPM KIT Group) расскажут об одном дне из жизни доктора Лизы. Уже сейчас можно увидеть первый трейлер нового фильма.

При содействии Московской кинокомиссии была организована съемка на Павелецком вокзале, где каждую среду Елизавета Глинка и команда «Справедливой помощи» раздавали гуманитарную помощь всем нуждающимся. Съемки в настоящей квартире доктора Лизы стали возможны благодаря мужу Елизаветы, Глебу Глебовичу Глинке. Он же стал главным консультантом фильма и даже передал сценаристам личный дневник жены.

Elizabeth Glinka is a well-known resuscitator and human rights activist. Her tragic death was a blow to everyone. Director Oksana Karas and film company GPM KIT Group will talk about one day in the life of Dr. Lisa. Now you can already see the first trailer of the new film.

With the assistance of the Moscow Film Commission, filming was organized at the Paveletsky Station, where every Wednesday Elizaveta Glinka and the "Fair Aid" distributed humanitarian aid to all those in need. Filming in the real apartment of Dr. Lisa became possible thanks to Elizabeth's husband, Gleb Glebovich Glinka. He also became the main consultant of the film and even handed over to the scriptwriters his wife’s personal diary.

Сегодня, 23 апреля, впервые в истории современного российского кино премьера фильма пройдёт не в кинотеатре, а сразу онлайн. Фантастический триллер «Спутник» режиссера Егора Абраменко выходит в 19:00 на платформе more.tv.

В 2017 году Егор Абраменко снял короткометражный фильм «Пассажир». Именно он стал основой для полнометражного дебюта режиссера. Съемочная группа фильма «Спутник» ответственно подошла к работе: старую советскую технику взяли в аренду у коллекционера, несколько эпизодов фильма снимали на территории Культурного центра ЗИЛ, а также в Институте биоорганической химии РАН имени М.М.Шемякина и Ю.А.Овчинникова. Съемки проходили при содействии Московской кинокомиссии.

In 2017, Egor Abramenko made the short film “Passenger”. The film became the basis for the director’s full-length debut. The crew of the film “Sputnik” responsibly approached the work: they rented old Soviet equipment from the collector, shot several episodes were filmed at the ZIL Cultural Center, as well as at the M.M.Shemyakin and Yu.A. Ovchinnikov Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences. The episodes of the film were made with the assistance of the Moscow Film Commission.
