Open today in 6 p.m! Chaseria is a new lounge spot located at Nachalat Binyamin promenade in Tel Aviv.
Chaseria is not your typical cocktail bar. Our highlight is on crafted infusions and cocktails based on these infusions.
We redesigned the traditional Israeli culture of drinking chasers to fit the modern art of drinking.
The Story of Chaseria is a story of a mutual passion of five friends to co-own a place and co-create something new, but with lots of love to the traditions of Israel and Tel Aviv. We carefully pick ingredients for our drinks and use modern technologies to attain the best flavors.
However we took inspiration from Eastern Europe tradition of preserving summer flavors in strong alcohol, we combined it with Tel Avivian tradition of drinking ‘gazoz’ with fresh herbs and fruits. Chaseria takes the best of both worlds to bring our guests best drinking experience.
Iakov (Jacob) Shteyntsayg is reknown Bar Manager and Co-Creator of Chaseria nad its drink program. His experience behind the bar and the story behind his life in Tel Aviv inspired him to create flavors for a crafted menu that makes this place so unique.
In the current edition of our menu you can find such flavor combinations as Raspberry Gin with pink peppercorn zing, Limoncello with persian lemon twist, Cherry Bourbon and almond note, Banana Rum combined with cardamom spice, and elegant vodka with strawberry and basil. There are also our seasonal flavors such as holidays Tangerine Rye and Sage, Pear and Chamomile Vodka or Brandy with Cranberry and Cinnamon.
Here comes a twist: any of the listed drinks you can have as a chaser, or as a cocktail. We serve our drinks as highballs (base drink with soda and HM sour) or as classic sour. You can also get yourself a souvenir, by having our infused cocktails in bottles. We also have our program that lists traditional eastern european compote or handmade ‘gazoz’.
We don’t only serve our signature drinks, our guests can also enjoy classic cocktails. We operate as anay bar and bring the best choice of liquor, wine and beer to our guests. For non drinking guests we can propose tea, coffee and homemade gazoz.
We believe that snacks are also part of the drinking experience. That’s why we collaborated with chef Lina Yolkina to create a list of cicchetti – italian bite sized sandwiches with varieties of toppings accompanied with homemade pickles and mixed nuts.
Open everyday from 6 p.m. until 2 a.m.
