Am 31. Juli veröffentlichten die Berliner ihr fünftes Album "Dein Helfer in der Not". Die Tatsache, dass das Album den fünften Platz in der deutschen Charts belegte, spricht für sich. Mesmika stellte Frontmann und Bandleader Herrmann Ostfront einige Fragen wie das Album aufgenommen wurde, welche Themen die Songs beeinflusst haben und über die Zukunftspläne der Band.
