Unlike other services, we pre-select information for each individual customer, based on their selection criteria, so they do not have to search a website or extract information from a generic bulletin. The information feed is pro-active but selected, giving focused, relevant information without unwanted clutter. We have built an intelligent news search and delivery engine that, every 2 minutes, goes out to over 1,800 different Russian language news sites and returns with any relevant news based on keywords including companies, people, metals, mining, oil, gas, polymers and energy. The news stories are then selected and passed to members of the team for translation from Russian into English. On completion of the translation they are checked by the copy editor and then immediately e-mailed to the individual user based upon that individual's selected criteria.
