This week, we have two great architects and businesspeople from South Africa who work with bamboo to advance communities. They are in charge of the company Renewable Houses South Africa, which focuses on working with bamboo. They are learning more about how bamboo can be used in many different ways in South Africa.
We talked about the species that can be found in South Africa and their most important roles in developing bamboo. This meant that we looked at planting, bamboo itself, and product development. We also talked about the financial side of this growing industry, learning from their success stories and what they've learned since they started out.

Today, we take a look at the issue of human trafficking from an African point of view. As Mr. Morris goes about his work combating labor and s*x trafficking in East Africa, he investigates the loopholes and problems that contribute to the rise in human trafficking in Africa. Specifically, he focuses on the causes of this rise. In addition to this, he offers recommendations for the kinds of actions that might be taken in order to lessen the severity of the problem in Africa.

As Africa's young people begin to assume leadership roles, the continent's population will continue to expand. When it comes to development and making Africa the continent we want it to be, there are still a lot of holes that only we can fill. This is especially true when we look at Africa as a whole. As Africans, the majority of the work lies on our shoulders, and it's about time that we start looking inside at the continent itself as we strive toward building a better society.

We are investigating the development of new types of enterprises in Africa, and one significant area that many young people are concentrating on is the agricultural sector, particularly in its more rural areas. Mr. Teddy Omondi, an entrepreneur in Kenya who focuses on the growth of the bamboo industry and is always educating other young people to join him in his quest for economic and also communal development, is here with us today.
We investigate the likelihood that bamboo may become a multimillion-dollar industry in Africa, as well as the growth of bamboo businesses, climate change initiatives, markets, and raw resources.
