Subject: Urgent Request to Address Internet Connectivity Issues in Karora, Shangla

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the pressing internet connectivity issues faced by the residents of Karora, Shangla. As you may be aware, reliable internet access is essential for communication, education, and business activities, and the current situation is severely impacting our community.
1.Telenor Service Quality: Telenor is the only mobile service provider operating in karora, and unfortunately, the quality of service has been consistently poor. Residents are experiencing frequent internet blackouts that can last for days, along with extremely slow internet speeds. This has made it challenging for individuals and businesses to stay connected and carry out their daily activities effectively.
2.PTCL Infrastructure Issues: In addition to the problems with Telenor, the infrastructure provided by PTCL is also in a state of disrepair. All distribution poles (DPs) in the area are damaged and malfunctioning. A lineman has confirmed that due to these issues, no new connections can be established at this time. This lack of reliable service options further exacerbates the connectivity crisis in our community.
Given the critical nature of these issues, I kindly request your immediate intervention to address the following:
- Engage with Telenor to investigate and resolve the ongoing service quality problems, including the frequent internet blackouts and slow speeds.
- Coordinate with PTCL to assess and repair the damaged distribution poles, ensuring that residents can access reliable internet services and that new connections can be established.
The residents of Karora are counting on your support to resolve these issues as soon as possible. Improved internet connectivity will significantly enhance our quality of life and enable us to participate more fully in the digital age.
