⚠️⚠️ Rider Salary & Conditions – Important Details ‼️
💰 How the salary is calculated:
•Complete at least 310 orders in the month → Fixed Salary: 4,500 SAR

🚨 Key Rules for Riders:
1.Minimum Orders per Day: You must complete at least 10 orders every day.
2.Working Hours: Daily shift must be more than 10 hours, and you must complete your full shift.
3.Punctuality: Apply on time and follow your shift schedule exactly.
4.No Cancellations or Rejections: You must not reject or cancel any orders.
5.Compliance Period: All conditions must be met for 27 consecutive days without any violations.

❗️Important Notes:
•Your salary is strictly dependent on meeting all of the above conditions.
•If you fail to follow any of the rules, your salary will be affected or reduced.
•To receive the full salary, you must complete 310+ orders with full compliance for 27 days.

⚠️ Non-Compliance Clause:
If a rider does not work for 27 days or does not complete 10-hour shifts, they will become ineligible for the fixed salary.
In such cases, payment will be based on the per-order rate as below:
•0 – 200 orders: 4 SAR per order
•201 – 350 orders: 6 SAR per order
•351+ orders: 7 SAR per order
