📝 Ingredients :
8–10 dried red chilies (soaked 15 mins in hot water)
4–5 fresh red chilies (adjust spice level)
6–8 garlic cloves
1 small onion (chopped)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp water (if needed to blend)

👩🍳 How to Make:
1. Blend soaked dried chilies, fresh chilies, garlic, onion, and all other ingredients except oil.
2. While blending, drizzle in olive oil until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust salt, lemon juice, or heat.
4. Store in the fridge in a clean jar for up to 10 days.
