πŸ“ Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

For Fries:
Frozen or homemade fries – 300 g
Salt – Β½ tsp (2–3 g)
Black pepper – ΒΌ tsp (1 g)

For Chicken Topping:
Cooked shredded chicken – 200 g
BBQ sauce or zinger sauce – 3 tbsp (45 ml)
Red chili flakes – Β½ tsp (optional)

Cheese & Garnish:
Shredded mozzarella – 100 g
Cheddar cheese (optional) – 50 g
Spring onions / coriander – 1 tbsp chopped
JalapeΓ±os (optional) – few slices

Bake or fry fries until golden and crispy. Season with salt & pepper.

Toss shredded chicken in BBQ or zinger sauce until coated.

Place fries on a baking tray, layer chicken over fries.

Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly.

Bake 5–7 minutes until cheese melts and slightly golden.

Ingredients:

Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp (60 g)
Ketchup – 2 tbsp (30 g)
Hot sauce – 1 tbsp (15 g)
Garlic paste – 1 tsp (5 g)
Lemon juice – 1 tsp (5 ml)
Black pepper – Β½ tsp (2 g)
Paprika – Β½ tsp (2 g)

Instructions:
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and hot sauce in a bowl until smooth.

Add garlic paste, lemon juice, black pepper, and paprika.

Whisk until creamy and fully blended.

Chill 10–15 mins before serving with Zinger chicken or fries.

Garlic powder – 1 tsp (4 g)
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp (15 ml)
Hot sauce – 1 tbsp (15 ml)
Vinegar or lemon juice – 1 tbsp (15 ml)

Crispy Coating
All-purpose flour – 1 cup (120 g)
Cornflour – Β½ cup (60 g)
Salt – Β½ tsp (2.5 g)
Black pepper – Β½ tsp (2 g)
Chili powder – 1 tsp (5 g)
Baking powder – Β½ tsp (2 g)

For Dipping
Cold water – Β½ cup (120 ml)

For Frying
Oil as required

In a bowl, mix chicken with all marinade ingredients. Rest 30 minutes.

In another bowl, mix all crispy coating ingredients.

Dip marinated chicken into cold water, then coat well with flour mix.

Rest coated chicken 5 minutes for extra crunch.

Fry in medium-hot oil until golden & crispy.
Serve hot with garlic mayo or zinger sauce.

Cornstarch – 1Β½ tbsp (18 g)
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp (4 g)
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tsp (3 g)
Cumin powder – 1 tsp (3 g)
Garam masala – 1 tsp (4 g)
Black pepper (freshly crushed) – Β½ tsp (2 g)
Salt – 1 tsp (6 g) (or to taste)
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (15 ml)
Oil or butter (for shallow frying) – 2 tbsp (30 ml)

In a bowl, add chicken mince, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, coriander and all spices.

Heat tawa on medium flame, add oil or butter.

In a bowl, mix chicken mince with onion, ginger garlic, spices, salt, cornstarch, and egg.
Shape into very small marble-sized balls.
Heat oil and shallow-fry on medium heat until light golden.

Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.
Heat ghee and oil in a pot. Add cumin and whole spices; let them release aroma.
Add sliced onion and fry until light golden.

Add fried chicken moti and gently mix.

Add soaked rice, water/stock, and salt.

Oil or desi ghee – Β½ cup (120 ml)
Salt – 1 tsp (6 g) (adjust to taste)
Green chilies – 2–3, slit
Fresh coriander – for garnish

Ingredients:
Bread slices – 6 (white or whole wheat)
Eggs – 2
Milk – 100 ml
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder – Β½ tsp
Butter – 1 tbsp (for frying)
Maple syrup / chocolate sauce – for serving

Method:

Cut bread slices into 3–4 sticks each.

In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.

Add cream, kasuri methi, garam masala. Cook until thick, creamy & glossy.

Warm parathas on tawa until soft and flaky.
Spread extra creamy sauce on paratha, add butter chicken, onions, cucumber & coriander.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast – 500 g (or thighs, boneless)
Salt – 1 tsp
Black pepper – Β½ tsp
Paprika – 1 tsp
All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic (minced) – 8–10 cloves
Chicken stock – Β½ cup (120 ml)
Fresh cream / heavy cream – ΒΎ cup (180 ml)
Parmesan cheese (optional) – ΒΌ cup (25 g)
Dried thyme or Italian herbs – 1 tsp
Chili flakes – Β½ tsp (optional)
Fresh parsley – for garnish

Method:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika. Lightly coat with flour.

Heat butter + olive oil in a pan. Pan-sear chicken until golden on both sides. Remove.

In the same pan, add garlic. SautΓ© 20–30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn).

Pour in chicken stock, scrape pan. Simmer 1 minute.

Add cream, herbs, chili flakes & parmesan. Simmer till creamy.

Add chicken back. Cook 5–7 mins until sauce thickens & chicken is tender.

Garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
