Mark Anthony Dones Reyes is a Hemodialysis Nurse at U.S. Renal Care in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from St. Joseph College in the Philippines, as well as a Midwifery degree from the same institution. Furthermore, he pursued a Master of Arts in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Education and Nursing Administration at Wesleyan University in the Philippines.

Mark Anthony currently serves as the Vice President of the Filipino Nurses in Arabia (FiNArabia) - Riyadh Chapter and is an active member of the Philippine Society of Sexual and Reproductive Health Nurses Inc. (PSORHN).

Good day to everyone!

As we approach the colder months, it's important to be mindful of our health and well-being. With flu season just around the corner, it's wise to consider taking preventative measures such as getting vaccinated. This not only helps protect ourselves but also those around us, particularly those who may be more vulnerable to illness.

We're thrilled to inform you that Filipino Nurses in Arabia is providing flu vaccinations to all nationalities, regardless of residency status, within the Riyadh area. Our Influenza Vaccine is free of charge and is from the Ministry of Health.

We kindly ask for your support in this campaign by joining us or sharing our message with other people and Filipino communities.

We are thrilled to announce that the Filipino Nurses in Arabia (FiNA) is on board with us as one of the organization partners at The Filipino Times Watchlist: Top Healthcare Professionals in the Middle East Summit 2023, happening on September 23, 2023, at The Bristol Hotel in Deira, Dubai, UAE. The Summit will start at 1:00 p.m.

Filipino Nurses in Arabia (FiNA) is a Filipino organization in Saudi Arabia that initiates the unification of nurses through volunteerism. The organization sprouted from Al Ahsa on the initiative of the founding members and Filipino nurses in the region. With the continuous initiative, assistance, and support of each member, the organization expanded throughout the Central Region, Eastern Region, Western Region, and other parts of the Kingdom.

The unity of all nurses was evident during the Covid-19 era. As the pandemic continued to intimidate the working conditions of nurses and OFWs in the Kingdom, the organization came up with different strategies and means to provide possible solutions to help other nurses with their economic and medical needs. In addition, they worked together to provide a holistic approach to all OFWs who knocked on the door at the organization, whether for food assistance, labor welfare assistance, or medical assistance—this is the true spirit of FiNA.

FiNA is still soaring high in humanitarian missions. The officers, Board of Directors, and members believe that unity is their strength and diversity is their power.
