تعالوا نتكلم عن مقابلات الشغل اللي بتتحول لخناقات.

تبقى قاعد في نص المقابلة، وبتحكي عن خبرتك أو بتقول رأيك بصراحة في أداة، أو طريقة شغل، أو حتى في الشركة نفسها—وفجأة، الحوار يتشد. المحاور يبدأ يعارضك. يمكن شايف إنك غلطان تقنيًا. يمكن مش عاجبه وجهة نظرك عن طريقة إدارة الشركة.

في بعض الأحيان، النقاش بيكون مفيد وبنّاء.
بس في أوقات تانية؟ بتحس إنك في تحدي أو صراع مين الأصح.

خليني أقولك حاجة: المقابلات مش امتحانات.
هي حوار. والخلاف فيها مش دايمًا حاجة وحشة—بالعكس، ممكن يوضح إزاي بتفكر تحت ضغط، قد إيه منفتح لأفكار جديدة، وإزاي بتدافع عن وجهة نظرك.
لكن لو الهدف بقى “نثبت إن المتقدّم غلط”—ده مؤشر سئ.

المتقدّمين لازم يحسوا بالأمان وهم بيعبّروا عن رأيهم حتى لو مش مطابق 100%. المقابلة هدفها توضح إمكانياتهم، مش تدور على غلطات.

ولكل مسؤولين التوظيف:
اختبر وخد راحتك—بس من غير استعلاء. إنت مش بس بتقيّم مهارات… إنت بتكوّن انطباع عن بيئة شركتك.

فاكر لحد النهارده مقابلة من سنين، قلت فيها رأيي بصدق في نقطة تخص الدور، والمدير اتضايق جدًا—وكأنّي غلطت فيه شخصيًا. اللحظة دي كانت كفاية أعرف إن دي مش الفرصة اللي أكمل فيها.

حصل معاك قبل كده موقف مشابه؟ أو شفت حد بيقدر يدير الخلاف بطريقة محترمة؟
حابب أسمع رأيك.
