Starting September 25, 2025, a 5-year rent freeze has been ordered by the Crown Prince.
No rent increases for residential or commercial properties β whether old or new contracts.
All leases must be registered on Ejar.
Contracts will auto-renew unless notice is given.
Evictions allowed only for:
- Non-payment
- Structural defects
- Landlord's personal use
