📖 Surah An-Nisa — Ayat 47

Arabic

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ آمِنُوا بِمَا نَزَّلْنَا مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا مَعَكُم مِّن قَبْلِ أَن نَّطْمِسَ وُجُوهًا فَنَرُدَّهَا عَلَىٰ أَدْبَارِهَا أَوْ نَلْعَنَهُمْ كَمَا لَعَنَّا أَصْحَابَ السَّبْتِ ۚ وَكَانَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ مَفْعُولًا

Urdu Translation

اے اہلِ کتاب! اس کتاب پر ایمان لاؤ جو ہم نے نازل فرمائی ہے، جو تمہارے پاس موجود کتابوں کی تصدیق کرنے والی ہے، اس سے پہلے کہ ہم چہروں کو مٹا کر الٹا پھیر دیں یا ان پر اسی طرح لعنت کریں جیسے ہم نے ہفتہ والوں پر لعنت کی تھی۔ اور اللہ کا حکم پورا ہو کر رہتا ہے۔

English Translation

O People of the Book! Believe in what We have revealed, confirming what is already with you, before We obliterate faces and turn them backward or curse them as We cursed the people of the Sabbath. And Allah’s command is always carried out.

📖 Surah An-Nisa — Ayat 46

Arabic

مِّنَ الَّذِينَ هَادُوا يُحَرِّفُونَ الْكَلِمَ عَن مَّوَاضِعِهِ وَيَقُولُونَ سَمِعْنَا وَعَصَيْنَا وَاسْمَعْ غَيْرَ مُسْمَعٍ وَرَاعِنَا لَيًّا بِأَلْسِنَتِهِمْ وَطَعْنًا فِي الدِّينِ ۚ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا وَاسْمَعْ وَانظُرْنَا لَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَّهُمْ وَأَقْوَمَ وَلَٰكِن لَّعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ بِكُفْرِهِمْ فَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا

Urdu Translation

بعض یہودی ایسے ہیں جو کلمات کو ان کے مقامات سے بدل دیتے ہیں اور کہتے ہیں: "ہم نے سنا اور نافرمانی کی"، اور کہتے ہیں: "آپ سنیں، آپ کو نہ سنایا جائے"، اور "راعنا" کہتے ہیں اپنی زبانوں کو مروڑ کر اور دین میں طعن کرنے کے لیے۔ اگر وہ کہتے: "ہم نے سنا اور اطاعت کی" اور "ہماری طرف توجہ فرمائیے" تو یہ ان کے لیے بہتر اور زیادہ درست ہوتا، لیکن اللہ نے ان کے کفر کے سبب ان پر لعنت فرمائی، سو وہ بہت کم ایمان لاتے ہیں۔

English Translation

Among the Jews are those who distort words from their proper places and say, “We hear and disobey,” and “Hear but be not heard,” twisting their tongues and slandering the religion. Had they said, “We hear and obey,” it would have been better and more suitable for them. But Allah has cursed them for their disbelief, so they believe only a little.

Urdu Translation

اور اللہ تمہارے دشمنوں کو خوب جانتا ہے، اور اللہ کافی ہے کارساز، اور اللہ کافی ہے مددگار۔

English Translation

And Allah knows your enemies best. Sufficient is Allah as a Protector, and sufficient is Allah as a Helper.

نماز سے پہلے پاکیزگی | قرآنی پیغام | Surah An-Nisa Ayat 43

Urdu Translation
اے ایمان والو! نشے کی حالت میں نماز کے قریب نہ جاؤ جب تک تم یہ نہ سمجھنے لگو کہ کیا کہہ رہے ہو، اور نہ جنابت کی حالت میں، جب تک غسل نہ کر لو۔ اور اگر تم بیمار ہو یا سفر میں ہو، یا تم میں سے کوئی قضائے حاجت سے آیا ہو، یا تم نے عورتوں کو چھوا ہو اور پانی نہ ملے تو پاک مٹی سے تیمم کر لو، پھر اپنے چہروں اور ہاتھوں پر مسح کرو۔ بے شک اللہ بہت معاف فرمانے والا، بخشنے والا ہے۔ مختصر پیغام نماز کے لیے پاکیزگی ضروری ہے۔ وضو اور غسل عبادت کی تیاری ہیں۔ پانی نہ ملنے کی صورت میں تیمم کی اجازت ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ آسانی اور رحمت فرمانے والا ہے۔

کیا تم نے ان لوگوں کو نہیں دیکھا جنہیں کتاب کا ایک حصہ دیا گیا تھا؟ وہ گمراہی خریدتے ہیں اور چاہتے ہیں کہ تم بھی سیدھے راستے سے بھٹک جاؤ۔

English Translation

Have you not seen those who were given a portion of the Scripture? They purchase misguidance and wish that you would stray from the right path.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَقْرَبُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَأَنتُمْ سُكَارَىٰ حَتَّىٰ تَعْلَمُوا مَا تَقُولُونَ وَلَا جُنُبًا إِلَّا عَابِرِي سَبِيلٍ حَتَّىٰ تَغْتَسِلُوا ۚ وَإِن كُنتُم مَّرْضَىٰ أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاءَ أَحَدٌ مِّنكُم مِّنَ الْغَائِطِ أَوْ لَامَسْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَلَمْ تَجِدُوا مَاءً فَتَيَمَّمُوا صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا فَامْسَحُوا بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَفُوًّا غَفُورًا

Urdu Translation

اے ایمان والو! نشے کی حالت میں نماز کے قریب نہ جاؤ جب تک تم سمجھنے نہ لگو کہ کیا کہہ رہے ہو، اور نہ جنابت کی حالت میں، جب تک غسل نہ کر لو۔ اور اگر تم بیمار ہو یا سفر میں ہو، یا تم میں سے کوئی قضائے حاجت سے آیا ہو، یا عورتوں کو چھوا ہو اور پانی نہ ملے تو پاک مٹی سے تیمم کر لو۔ بے شک اللہ بہت معاف فرمانے والا، بخشنے والا ہے۔

English Translation

O believers! Do not approach prayer while intoxicated until you know what you are saying, nor in a state of major impurity until you have bathed. If you are ill, traveling, or cannot find water, then perform Tayammum with clean earth. Indeed, Allah is Ever-Pardoning, Most Forgiving.

اس دن کافر اور رسول ﷺ کی نافرمانی کرنے والے آرزو کریں گے کہ کاش زمین ان پر برابر کر دی جاتی، اور وہ اللہ سے کوئی بات چھپا نہ سکیں گے۔

English Translation

On that Day, those who disbelieved and disobeyed the Messenger will wish that they could be buried into the earth. They will not be able to hide any statement from Allah.

بے شک اللہ ذرہ برابر بھی ظلم نہیں کرتا، اور اگر کوئی نیکی ہو تو اسے کئی گنا بڑھا دیتا ہے اور اپنے پاس سے بڑا اجر عطا فرماتا ہے۔

English Translation

Indeed, Allah does not do injustice even as much as an atom's weight. And if there is a good deed, He multiplies it and grants from Himself a great reward.

اور ان کا کیا نقصان تھا اگر وہ اللہ اور آخرت کے دن پر ایمان لاتے اور جو رزق اللہ نے انہیں دیا تھا اس میں سے خرچ کرتے؟ اور اللہ انہیں خوب جانتا ہے۔

English Translation

What harm would come to them if they believed in Allah and the Last Day and spent from what Allah had provided them? And Allah is fully aware of them.
