Just a few days ago, I took a valuable day off from work, specifically to visit BSP Bank and activate my mobile banking service. After diligently filling out the necessary forms, I was informed by the teller that the individual responsible for the activation was currently unavailable and that the process would be completed once they returned. I've been waiting ever since. However, despite the passage of time, my mobile banking remains inactivated, with no communication or progress whatsoever. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. To those who dictate banking policies and operations: please understand the immense value of your customers. We are your lifeline, the very foundation of your business. We dedicate our precious time, often sacrificing work or personal commitments, to physically visit your branches and stand in queues. To be met with such inefficiency and a lack of follow-through is not only disrespectful but detrimental to trust. We implore you to re-evaluate and significantly improve your service protocols; your customers deserve better, and without us, your institution cannot thrive.
