The first edition for the Guit County Interpayam Peace Tournament(GCIPPT) is going to commence today at Camp 4 playground.

As we are going to witness the massive and anticipated lock-horn between Kadet FC and Niemni FC during the opening match for the tournament.

Let us go and support both teams.

ANNOUNCEMENT..

The body of the late Major General, James Gatluak Chuol Jut,former commissioner of Mayiandit county,will be flown from India to Juba on Thursday 15-Jan for a decent burial.

The body is expected to arrive at Juba International Airport 🛫 at 2:30 Pm. (local time).

Transportation has been arranged with buses departing from Amadi and IDP Camp at 11:30 am. to convey moaners to the airport.

The family calls upon relatives, friends, and the entire Mayiandit community to come together in Unity and Solidarity to receive the body and pay final respects.

The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. "

On Thursday 01-Jan-2026, Jikany Youth Intellectual gathered yesterday at Elim Hotel to celebrate New Year's Eve.

The event was very extraordinary for all intellectual youth whose excitement goes beyond measure for having a gigantic conversation among themselves on how to foster peace, unity and love within the Community as well as to garner coexistence with other youth in different communities to live in harmony and advocate for peace to prevail in the society and throughout the entire country, South Sudan.

The event was held by Sultan, Eng. Gatkuoth Dang Tutdel, Former Jikany Community Association in Juba.

are the fundamental of change and are the future leaders of the country.
